The staff was friendly and efficient. The property was well groomed. We had a villa which has a warm decor that felt home-like. Really enjoyed our stay! Plan on making this resort our journey stop-over on future family trips upcountry.

Home away from home

This place feels like home to me. I will have stayed here for 28 nights over a 2 month period, and will stay again next year. I like high end finishings in the rooms, very clean and well kept grounds/gardens/pool, and quality food in the restaurant. The breakfast is excellent every morning. The staff here are all friendly and competent. I can tell the owner/manager does a good job training the staff. The garden crew gets extra kudos, along with the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff is outstanding. I stayed here previously also, over 4 years ago. I am astonished how the place still looks brand new, other than the trees and gardens having grown to be more beautiful.

ได้เข้าพักโรงแรมนี้วันที่ 28-29 กุมภาพันธ์ 63 ห้องพักดี สะอาด แต่ที่ไม่ชอบคือห้องอาหารของโรงแรม คือเราเข้าใช้บริการ สั่งอาหารจากห้องอาหาร ใช่เวลาในการทำ นานมาก ชั่วโมงกว่า แถมเอาอาหารมาเสริฟ แบบไม่สุกด้วย เราสั่งพิชซ่าไป ทำแป้งไม่สุก แถมยังมีกลิ่น เหมือนผ้าอับๆ คือเหม็นมาก สั่งสเต็กแซลม่อนไป รอชั่วโมงกว่า เอามาเสริฟคือ ข้างนอกไหม้ ข้างในยังเป็นน้ำแข็งอยู่ คือเสียความรู้สึกมาก ราคา 450 บาท แต่กับได้อะไรก็ไม่รู้ สั่งแกงคั่วหอยขมไป หอยขมที่มาในแกงคือเละ เหมือนเอาไปสับมา แถมรสชาติแย่ พอเรียกพนักงานเสริฟมาถามว่าอาหารไม่น่าจะเป็นแบบนี้ น้องเค้าก็โอเคร ช่วยไปถามพ่อครัวให้ ว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น สรุปเราถามหาความรับผิดชอบ โรงแรมแก้ไขคือจะให้กิฟวอยเชอร์เข้าพักฟรี ถามหน่อย เจอแบบนี้ ใครยังจะกล้าเข้าพัก

Will stay again when in Area

The staff was amazing, so helpful and very goos representatives of the big hearted Isaan/Thai people. The hotel is new, has great rooms, and a wonderful pool. Breakfast was nice each morning, and the room was cleaned immaculately each day of our 5 night stay. I can say enough good things about the staff. I asked about English channels on the TV, as I could not find any, and they sent a guy to change me cable box to accommodate English language channels. What service !!! My only suggestion is that the hotel makes better signage at the highway turnoff, as at night the road is very easy to miss.
