Perfect waterfront view. Spacious and comfortable but unit needs alot of updating. Water damage on ceiling, leaky shower and basin upstairs blocked plug downstairs

Dont stay here
The accommodation was terrible feom the start, soon as you walk in a smell that can only be described a wet dog in the house crossed with old house smell!! The fridge looked new but smelt like gone off mile cross with fish its was terrible. The shower would suit a 10 year old im a medium build guy and my partner is small i cpuld not pick the soap up on the shower with out my bum opening the shower door it was shocking. The two tv would and could not pick up chamells sound only then nothing. The bed quilt needed to be replaced and the four pillows needed to binned so uncomfortable two like sold rocks the other two pillow nothing in them!!! I have nothing good to say, myself and my partner didn't sleep for two night due to the conditions of the bed, air con until so load but needed it due to being so cold and the smell

Excellent Value
Nice two bedroom unit with two bathrooms. Ideal for two couples. Good location, walk to shops, cafes, river, etc. well appointed kitchen with lots of utensils, washer, dryer, balcony, plenty of bedding and good pillows.

This apartment is right on the water. So nice to sit on the deck and just watch the boats. Best kitchen things inside, like platters. What a bonus, Foxtel.

Pleasant Stay
We were upgrade on arrival to a “nicer unit” which was neat and clean and had good amenities eg free wifi, good well equipped kitchen, garage, laundry, etc. There is also a nice pool and BBQ area and each unit (two storey townhouse) has a view over the canal. Units are walking distance to many cafes and shops along Gympie Terrace but without any significant traffic noise. Unit we stayed in is showing its age and whilst clean showed signs of significant wear. Given the price paid (more than other similar units in the area), the difference in price is solely for the view. That said, it was a special occasion for us and we enjoyed our stay.

It was not 5 star, (and I dont live 5 star at my house) but it had everything functional that we needed. Clean, Great views from both upstairs & down. Straight out onto the balconies & sat on the jetty had feeding fish & ducks. Lovely break.

Highly recommended
We stayed here for Christmas and New Years and it was wonderful. The townhouse was very spacious with great view of Noosa river. The location is very convenient with many shops within walking distance and is also close to public transportation. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The accommodation was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Overall it was great and we would stay here again if we visit Noosa.

The position and views were fantastic..could walk to restaurants etc. The condition was terrible, it was not clean the surfaces were dusty and sticky, doirs wete marked and sticky. The remote for the bedroom TV had corroded batteries and did not work.

Beautiful waterside location. Watched the river traffic and the shoals of fish drift past. Friendly helpful hosts and a swimming pool to ourselves. What’s not to like? Short stroll to the restaurants, shops and river ferry. We’ll be back soon!

Property was great walking distance to restaurants and parks. Loved being able to fish off the back deck and that our deck was pool gated for our kids

It’s waterfront location- waking up to views of the water & sitting on the deck overlooking the water while sipping wine. Such a tranquil, idyllic spot to read & relax.

Really liked the size of the property, the fact that it was modern and the views were really breathtaking. It would be 5 stars with a better pool. Sometimes we just wanted to stay at the resort but there was no real pool/resort facilities other than one small pool.

Beautiful view across the canal from both levels. Very Quiet. Roomy for family. Large, hot, clean BBQ. Lovely pool. Close to supermarkets and noosa river

Have stayed at this premises many times over the past 15 yrs - it is getting a bit tired looking in some of the properties now and could do with some attention to improve the internal appearances. But the location and property managers are wonderful

Great location and overall set up
We had three parts top our family and so needed a three bedroom apartment. This was a two story villa with main bedroom with sizable ensuite, two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a toilet down stairs. The villa overlooked the canal system with your own mooring. The place was well appointed with everything you need for a short, medium or long term stay. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Villa was modern and clean.

Great location right on the water
Three bedroom apartment was a very comfortable size and convenient layout for the family. The balcony opens out to private backyard which is right on the water and perfect for fishing. A short distance from shops and attractions such as boat hire on the Noosa River, Portside is a family friendly destination for a great holiday.

Lovely View, Friendly Hosts
Our party of 5 stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, the living space was quite comfortable to suit our needs. The location is wonderful - walking distance to the main street with restaurants, shopping etc. It has direct access for small boats to anchor at the property. The view is lovely to enjoy from the upstairs balcony and the front patio. It is an older style property but with modern décor inside and spotlessly clean. Andrew & Neike were lovely hosts, very welcoming & available to answer any queries that we had. We had a slight hiccup with the fridge and presto Andrew had a replacement one set up for us in a very short time. Thank you so much Andrew & Neike we totally enjoyed our 50th birthday celebration weekend.

Amazing location
Great location, absolute water frontage. The resort managers were fantastic always available and very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, however, it was a bit tired and in need of a update.

Nice hotel backing onto canal
Villa style apartment was roomy enough for six of us. The main attraction was that it backed onto a canal near the Noosa River. Main bedroom also had lovely views over the canal. We relaxed every night while looking out over the canal and at the same time fishing right off the back of the yard area. Great way to fill in the down time between the many activities that are possible around the Noosa region.

lose (can walk) to parks, water (river), restaurants, cafes. Close to Noosa - walk, ferry, drive. But the out-of-the way location is quiet and away from the crowds, traffic and noise. Apartment is spacious and cool. The complex has pool and spa and BBQ area.

For Boaties
This unit is located on the canal and perfect for boaties. The unit is in need of a refurbish. Appliances are so old they are rusting. The oven had not been cleaned from the previous occupant nor had the floor been vacuumed between the single beds. Th window tracks were black with dust and dirt. The utensils are appalling for the top dollar you pay for the unit. The knives are so blunt that no amount of sharpening made any difference to them. The bed was uncomfortable. If they charge top dollar they should provide top shelf appliances and utensils. The excuse people take them is rubbish and if they do take them management has your credit card details anyway. Having to strip beds and empty rubbish bins before leaving is objectionable also - what have I paid so much for? The boaties setting off at 4.00am and talking right outside the unit was a bit annoying and the fumes from the passing boats was not pleasant and a constant. Each unit is individually owed so other may be better than the one we stayed in.
