Liked the location - close to beach, supermarket, shops & cafes. The rooms were clean & tidy & allocated parking made it easy. The pool area could do with a spruce up.

Super convenient location, one street back from the Esplanade. Great ocean views, spacious apartment. Single beds very firm but still fine. Great pool. Lovely staff.

Fantastic location!! Loved it!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was no air con in individual rooms, only in the main lounge, (we had to leave doors open to have air con.

Location was perfect within walking distance of everything. We had a unit on 11th floor with ocean views which was great. Unit itself needs updating and there was a lot of sand inside the unit on checkin. Would definitely come back here again. Checkin staff were polite and very helpful and the reception and lifts had a lovely fresh smell every time we entered.

Excellent location, walking distance to attractions and everything you need. Well equiped kitchen and spacious apartment with modern comfortable decor/furniture. Only negative point is that there really needs to be working extraction fans in the bathrooms as it is very stuffy and warm in there without them. And the pool at the complete is cold.

Hi Kurt, It is unreasonable to post a review of this nature regarding the check-in process when you were checked into your room at exactly 2pm when the standard check-in time is. It is not our fault that you had other accommodation issues and booked an early flight. It is peak season and our housekeepers are extremely busy. We were kind enough to allow your family to use our facilities prior to your check-in. We had no communication from you prior to your arrival at 8:30am (when our office was only just opening) that you were even arriving this early. Was a great stay. Everything was great. Except unfortunately the bed was small and the mattress was shocking. Was a shame. Perfect location and room was great but a terrible sleep makes it a no for any future stays.

I liked that the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The building is right in the heart of the esplanade so plenty of dining options in walking distance. What i didnt particularly like was for an over $300 a night room only the living room had airconditioning and not the 2 bedrooms. Also the 2nd bedroom isnt really a bedroom, it just has constantina wooden doors to partition.

Good sized unit and large balcony. Washing machine and drying rack and dishwasher powder, soaps etc. provided. Easy to get to the seafront and discounts for some businesses. Pool was lovely and staff very welcoming.

The property was centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was minimal as it was blocked by buildings all around. The beds were uncomfortable and there was no soundproofing between rooms in the unit and units beside above and below.
