"The lobby does not do the place justice. Rooms were great. Good linens on the bed and a great rain shower. Coffee in room and a full size fridge. Local.parking. note: some rooms require going up a fairly hefty set of stairs. No breakfast but there are a couple of good breakfast places just steps away. Staff were good."

"Older property but clean. Didn't smell like some older properties do. Not our first stay. We wouldn't return if we didn't like it. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day on our feet. It isn't too hot so got a nice soak in."

"Park Motel had clean bedsheets. The rooms were decently clean; however, I was able to see some dead bugs and cobwebs. The washroom was also decently clean with a clean counter and bathtub. There weren't any visible mold. However, the ceiling fan was so congested with dust and debris. It doesn't look like they did any deep maintenance or cleaning of the place."

"This is my second year staying here for work-related travel, and again I have no regrets. I stayed on the other side of the property this time and the exterior was still being renovated on that side; but the room was renovated with new flooring and walls including new tile in the bathroom. A/C made coming back at the end of the day very pleasant. Beds were clean and comfortable. Small fridge with a separate freezer compartment as well as a microwave and coffee maker with supplies were very handy. The owner remembered me from last year and was very pleasant, even when I forgot my key card in the room and needed it replaced. Good location on main street, within a short walking distance of good restaurants and unique shops. I make the trip to Hope annually and would gladly stay here again!"
