Avoid, untrustworthy front desk and management

What a terrible hotel simply untrustworthy front desk staff. We booked a two week stay for business colleagues from Australia, at check in we were told no room available and they had contacted Hotels.com cancelling the booking. I spoke to Hotels.com and this was not the case and the hotel had already been paid for the two week stay in advance of our check in - so their claim was a lie. We spoke to a manager on the phone who was not interested in helping, we were eventually offered a different room type to the one we booked and paid for in advance but they demanded we paid extra ! The staff at the desk were incredibly unhelpful and it turns out that because we arrived a little late to check in they had sold the room we booked and paid for then lied. We were made to wait an hour to find a solution and eventually our guests were given a temporary room but had to then change the next day. The stay was made more uncomfortable as new guests next to the room made so much noise it was not possible to sleep or work in the room. The hotel is located off the main road and every day we collected and dropped off our guests we were made to pay a fee to do so, how cheap especially with such a long stay. Overall a presentable hotel but our experience with front desk and managers showed them to be dishonest and totally disinterested in their guests, this was embarrassing especially as it was for professional business colleagues - I will never stay or book another Favehotel.

Awesome!

There aren't a lot of options for breakfast, but everything else was AMAZING! The cleanliness, the service, the piano in the lobby, and the closeness to Supermall! Just amazing!

Not recomended!

The staff are friendly but the beddings were not in good condition and not so clean as well. There's a lot of good food just accross the street, so it's very convenient.

Good Overall Value, Could Be Better

Room is pretty decent for the price, location is great as well. Bedsheets were a little stained but overall still comfortable. Lift was a little slow and room walls were pretty thin. But still, overall pretty good value-for-money.

Noisy- thin walls.

Walls are super thin. You can very much hear every person opening the door to their room on your floor. I could hear people sneezing in the other room. Didn’t sleep for 3 nights because staff didn’t really want to give other guests warning even though they partied all night for the weekend. Definitely will not be staying here anymore. Room also smelled like smoke in the morning because even though I booked a non-smoking room- the room next to us was a smoking room. Exhaust fan was broken and all the smoke just went to our room. Very very disappointing stay.

建物構造的な問題もありますが、 部屋に窓がないのが非常に圧迫感 があり、くつろぐことが出来ませんでした。 価格は安いので魅力はありますが、次回は 少々価格が高くても窓がある部屋にしたい と思います。

Nice Affordable Hotel

I stayed at Fave Hotel Graha Agung from 06 to 09 November 2016 and I had a wonderful experience as the hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. Being a lone traveller at that time still makes me feel closer to home. My only comment is for the breakfast buffet as maybe you can add up some western breakfast. Room is relatively small but still felt comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Fave Hotel.

Nice budget hotel...

karena keperluan mengikuti Pocari Run 2016 di Graha Fairground, yang letaknya di seberang hotel ini. secara keseluruhan, kondisi hotel baik, kamar yang nyaman, kamar mandi yang bersih. yang mengganggu saya, suara orang di luar kamar terdengar ke dalam kamar, apalagi kamar saya dekat dengan lift (room 808), juga alarm snooze Handphone dari kamar sebelah terdengar getarannya sampai kamar saya, sehingga saya menjadi susah tidur semalaman. (Soundproof perlu diperbaiki)
