It was in a convenient location but it was noise due to a function in the same building. I am not sure if the bedsheets were washed.
Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response)
Reception staff was good but their google contact number staff is just there to make bookings, no help available after booking is done - till you check in.
