Simple Jungle Experience

The Eco Jungle Resort was lovely. Located adjacent to the river and off the main strip it offers simple accommodation . The resort was very well laid out and the buildings were in keeping with the surroundings. Very nice and helpful staff. Food was really tasty and very good value

Fantastic quiet huts in the jungle. Food quality was amazing! We loved the open air huts. Watching monkeys in the trees. They arranged activities for the kids. If this place had a pool, it would be perfect.

An awesome, unique stay

We drove up from Phuket to stay one night in Khao Sok, and partook in the night safari and the bamboo rafting the following morning. I just wish we could've stayed longer and done one of the hikes on offer. We stayed in one of the regular mud houses and it was super comfortable. There is plenty of wildlife just in the resort alone. The tours, while a little expensive, are well worth it, and we can't wait to come back.

Be prepared

You should be prepared. Go to this hotel fully in the knowledge that you will be sharing your room with ants, cockroaches, lizards etc. Our bathroom was covered in ants, climbing up and around the toilet which made it undesirable to spend too much time in there. We found the hotel restaurant great, but if you want some variation there is a street of restaurants about a 10 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful in organising tours and activities for us.

Bel établissement orienté sur l’écoresponsabilité (d’où peut être des prix un petit peu plus élevés pour l’alimentation / boissons), nous avons adoré être dans la faune et la flore du parc national de Khao Sok. Nos enfants ont apprecié les hamacs et l’espace jeu. La bonne humeur du personnel est vraiment délicieuse. Nous y étions en période des pluies, impressionnant. Des panchos sont très pratiques en revanche, il est très compliqué de faire sécher des affaires en cette période. Il y a possibilité de laver du linge à l’hôtel et dans le village mais il faut espérer aucun coupure de courant et pour le séchage sans machine, 24-48h minimum s’il n’y a pas de soleil :-). En bref, nous avons aimé être dépendant de la nature.

La habitación que yo había reservado para mi familia no me pudo ser entregada por problemas de ruido de una construcción y el staff del hotel junto con su manager resolvió el inconveniente de manera majestuosa y nos acomodó en dos hermosos bungalows junto con desayuno de cortesía. Estos inconvenientes a veces pasan pero lo que hace a un hotel un lugar maravilloso es como las personas se esmeran en atenderte. Hice varias actividades contratadas con el hotel y salieron estupendas. Solo recomiendo mejorar algo el mantenimiento de los baños pero no por esto dejo de darle mi mejor calificación al hotel.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Tage im Jungle Camp waren fantastisch! Unser 2-stöckige Apartment lag direkt am Fluss. Morgens und abends bekamen wir Besuch von den Affen, was unsere Kinder besonders freute. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und versuchte jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Aktivitäten waren cool, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte. Das Village sowie der Eingang zum Nationalpark sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

The property is right on the river, quaint, and the food was delicious. We stayed there for their community approach and organic farm - but once arriving, we didn’t really see any of that happening. The yoga and massage offered on the website seemed non-existent. We didn’t even know where to find these things and they were almost twice the cost of doing it in town, so didn’t make much sense to spend the money when it’s not inviting. They kept the grounds immaculate, but the place seemed a bit off the beaten path. You had to walk quite a ways to get to town (no shuttle, bikes, or motorbikes) and they have absolutely no lights near the resort or along the road into the resort (which is not short either) at night - which is bizarre and scary. The sad part is they don’t offer you a flashlight either. The rooms are cute, but have no AC and are open air, making things quite damp inside. We wanted to have a drink and chill at the bar both days, as it was raining, but the bar does not open until 5 pm. Overall, I’d say the place doesn’t match the beautiful website and delivery presented, but it was decent. Next time, we’ll check out Our Jungle Camp.

Paradis! Endroit magnifique pour se reposer ! Expérience unique ! Les gens qui y travaillent sont adorables ! Le restaurant propose les meme prix que partout et c’est super bon et très clean! Pleins d’activités à faire ! Vraiment rien a dire ! - juste sachez que vous serez dans le jungle ( donc bcp de bêtes dans la chambre et de hors, et bcp de bruits d’animaux le soir et le matin! On avait l’impression de dormir dehors mais ça fait du bien ! Allez y les yeux fermés!
