"Iv'e stayed at this property several times in the past few months. Key issues for me were lack of shampoo and such, my air conditioner did not work. The staff are very friendly, however, more training is needed for the younger staff as they didn't seem to know what they were doing. The days of good customer service seems like a thing of the past. No smiles or engagement."
