Great experience
I recently stayed at Shangri-La Suzhou Yuanqu, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your concierge manager, Steven. From arranging pickup from airport to arrival at hotel, Steven went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. Steven's commitment to providing exceptional service is truly commendable. He made my stay memorable and exceeded all expectations.

Excellent hotel both in offering, service and location. Can tell the mgmt put in effort in looking over slightest details.

Excellent hotel.
Apart from confusion at check in, all is great for this hotel. Well maintained right down to the food catered at the Horizon Lounge. We even get night nutritional double boiled dessert amidst other little touches. So pampered. Well done to the GM and team.

A lovely stay in a lovely place!
An excellent stay, despite a few initial issues. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful and the room was truly lovely. The horizon lounge was comfortable though the buffet was aimed toward the Chinese clientele (quite understandably, as we were pretty much the one western family there) - and nice to have drinks available. The gym and pool was high specced and clean. All in all, a lovely stay and we look forward to coming back.

Very pleased with our stay
Our family had a wonderful stay at Shangrila Suzhou Yuanqu. The hotel is up to the usual high standards of a Shangrila hotel. The location quite far from the tourist sites but we prioritized the quality of the rooms. Fortunately, it did not disappoint. All members of our family were very happy with our stay and we would gladly stay here again or recommend this to friends.

這是一間表現失常又沒有人性和溫度的香格里拉酒店,從門口接待到工作人員大部份都很冷漠。房間設施很新,但空調溫度是固定的,冬天低溫時沒有暖氣,飯店人員說最高溫度設定上限只到25度,即使你自行設定到28度也沒用,你如果會冷,請你自己想辦法,飯店也沒有電暖器提供。浴室內的浴缸旁邊就是地毯和床,泡個澡地毯都是濕的。飯店的泳池水療部門管理也很差勁,竟然放任沒水準的會員在男賓按摩池的水中使用手機長達數小時,完全束手無策,超誇張的。此外,我是香格里拉酒店的會員,入住前已告知當天是我的生日,但一整天飯店連最基本的說聲生日快樂都沒有,以國際連鎖5星級飯店而言,實在有點扯!

Great service, relatively quiet hotel
Everything seemed new, though carpet looks like it needs a steam clean. Had the dinner buffet twice - first night was relatively quiet, second night it was much busier. Service on both nights was excellent, food selection was good. They had the local crab in season, so several dishes around it.
