The hotel is closed to Guanqian Street which pretty much a night market street. There are several metro stations within walking distance so it's easy to move around the city. Staff were friendly and the checkin process was pretty fast and easy

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and super easy to get to Guanqian Street and Linden Street where many famous restaurants and entertainment venues are locations. The hotel’s facility is a bit old and it is carefully maintained. The hotel room is spacious and super quiet. Would definitely book this hotel next time we visit Suzhou.

This hotel was in a central location of Gusu. The check-in was streamlined and the staff are lovely. They helped to keep the luggages on the last day and even lent us their umbrellas. Double glaze windows are installed along the street side, so it is quiet at night. However, the faculties and carpets are bit old, part of the wall is not finished properly and some of the furnitures in the bathroom are broken.

The hotel needs to be repaired and renovations. When I booked these 2 rooms paid for three people fee, and confirmed for 3 persons. When I checked in, the hotel front desk told me it doesn’t have room for three persons and said Expedia description is not correct. And let me the exact money.

Det var et ganske godt hotel. Det har åbenbart været et femstjernet hotel, da det blev bygget, men er sunket lidt i kvalitet. Personalet var utroligt hjælpsomt, og afstanden til bycentrum var i gå afstand. Hotelværelset var fint, men dog var der en del larm. Morgenmadsbuffeten var rigtig god. Alt i alt et godt valg.

Un peccato, bellissima struttura ma non adeguata.

Prenotata camera non fumatori, non fornita e senza nessun avviso. Vista della camera a ridosso di un muro. Tazze e bicchieri in camera mai puliti o sostituiti in tutto il soggiorno così come non reintegrati caffè e tè. Soprattutto un livello di umidità nella camera davvero esagerato, probabilmente dovuto alla posizione ma davvero disagevole (le giornate non erano umide, anzi). Un peccato perché la struttura è davvero bella, colazione ottima, seppur spesso carente nel reintegrare le cose finite (pane spesso mancante e macchine per il caffè bloccate).

Great hotel

Great hotel close to a metro station and Suzhou train station. Many restaurants and bars are around. It's nearby Guan Qian Shopping Street. Pretty convenient location. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

非常好的體驗, 酒店位置方便離地鐵站和街道都很近, 一開始見到外牆比較簡單也有點擔心, 但一進入酒店就十分驚喜, 內部很大很漂亮整潔, 而且很有特色;房間寬敞,設施也保養得很好, 職員也友善有禮 最令人驚喜的是早餐質素非常高, 選擇很多也很美味, 整體是十分好的住宿體驗^^ 下次再去也會選擇
