The house, which was completely renovated in 2014, has since been considered one of the most beautiful houses in the city, with a cozy garden, terrace and sunny corners outside. The interior is bright and modern, decorated in a typical Scandinavian style. From the dining room you have access to the beautiful garden plot with terrace areas. Good kitchen equipment in the house, also a large bedroom upstairs and two additional beds next door in the smaller, well-insulated annex. The bathroom of the house is among others equipped with pleasant underfloor heating. This holiday home is really an exclusive and individually designed quarter that e.g. for a vacation for two couples or for a romantic vacation for two in one of the most picturesque places in Denmark. The house is located near the beautiful red church of Svaneke as well as close to the harbor and some renowned restaurants. No rental to youth groups desired!
