Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock, ohne Balkon. Darunter befand sich ein Imbissstand und der Essensgeruch kam natürlich bei geöffnetem Fenster ins Zimmer. Wir beschwerten uns daraufhin und man bot uns ein besseres Zimmer an. Sofort sehr zuvorkommender Service.I

Tolles Personal, das einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt
Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, super freundliches Personal, das einem bei jedem Problem geholfen hat, leckeres Essen mit großer Auswahl in verschiedenen Restaurants. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber, wenn auch zu dritt recht klein, aber für uns ausreichend. Insgesamt haben wir eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit in Swakopmund verbracht.

治安が良く、周りを歩ける。目の前に海があり、そこまで行き、綺麗な朝日/夕日が見れる。 スタッフ全員が親切で、丁寧に対応してくれた。 レストランが周りにいくつかあり、全ての店が美味しい。 また行きたい！

I loved the sea facing room which was immaculate, well decorated and so very comfortable. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food (both breakfast and dinner) was excellent!

Great hotel
Nice modern hotel, plenty of space in the room and at a wonderful spot right at the beach. Friendly staff. Everything was great except two (minor things). I had hair in the shower and the sink from the guest before me and the service in main Restaurant was once very unattentive. After 25min of no service I left (there were only 3 tables occupied).

Neues Hotel mit Kinken
Das Hotel ist sehr neu und schön. Wenn man im Hotel ist, weiß man gar nicht, dass man in Afrika ist (leider). Es ist wie ein Hotel in Norddeutschland an der Küste. Das Personal kümmert sich gerne auch mal um sich selbst, die Klimaanlage wurde in 3 Tagen nicht repariert, die Badewanne in unserer Suite konnte nur mit Heißwasser befüllt werden (Kaltwasser funktionierte für die Badewanne nicht). Der Ausblick ist herrlich, wenn man Meerblick bucht. Das Zimmer ist allerdings wichtig: man kann Pech haben und Blick über dem vielbenutzten Parkplatz haben. Ansonsten sind die anderen Zimmer ruhiger, bis früh morgens, wenn die deutschen Rentner ihre Schwimmrunden im Wasser vor dem Hotel ableisten und dabei lautstark von Ihrer langen Nacht oder Ihren Gebrechen reden... Fazit: wer einen tiefen Schlaf hat, die ein oder andere Sache trotz Vollbezahlung akzeptiert, kann im Strand Hotel einen netten Aufenthalt haben...

Das Strandhotel besticht allein schon durch die Lage direkt am Atlantik. Die Zimmer sind zauberhaft eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Es gibt sehr gute Betten und die Bäder sind sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Was aber wirklich großartig ist ist die Freundlichkeit. Von der reception über die Serviceangestellten bishin zu den Reinigungsmädels.

A lovely hotel located right on the water. Beautiful, large rooms, great restaurants and within walking distance to the main street and beach. My only comment is that I wish the onsite restaurants did not use so much so single-use plastic unnecessarily. Ie. Butter, water and draws.

You'll be pleased to know that we are moving towards biodegradeable hemp plastic water bottles in the new year, and also that the straws that we use in the hotel, while they may look plastic, are in fact biodegradable, as they are made from corn husks, and break down within 120 days. Location and very comfortable bed. The restaurant services need improving, and the breakfast area needs to look cleaner. I sat at a table for breakfast and then realized that there was food under my feet and had to change my table. However, when I pointed that out to the staff, no one made an attempt to clean the floor.
