Not as great as expected
There was only one eleveator running and the one that was running had torn up carpet and the floor was not level. Ice machine did not work on the floor we were on.

One elevator was out of order, leaving only one elevator working. You had to stand there upwards of 20 to 30 minutes to be able to get to the floor you wanted to go to.

From the time I stepped to the front desk my experience was amazing! Jewell was so helpful knowing that I was convalescing after a total (R) Hip replacement. Thank you Jewell and the rest of the staff for making my stay very comfortable!!!

Our dog got to stay with us however, there was no indication (stains, fur or odor) that any other pets had been on the property. Only criticism is that elevator carpet needs to be replaced.

This hotel had so many amenities, in both the rooms and common areas. Breakfast was great and coffee and refreshments were available throughout the day. Even a bowl of dog treats for guests with pets. Nice pool area. Room was very clean and staff were all courteous. Highly recommend this location.

Swansboro Hampton inn
Cafe staff was very friendly and nice. Water pressure in shower was weak, and the hot water kept going off in the middle of a shower. Air conditioner smelled moldy and made a sqweaking noise. Bathroom and beds were clean, and beds were comfortable.
