"Staff-friendly & helpful. Breakfast okay, the coffee was very good though no coffee or coffee pot in the room. Air conditioner was efficient not noisy, not real loud but audible. Bathroom was spotless. I’m not a fan of all the liquid soaps, they could be tampered with. The small hand soaps are usable and disposable, bing them back. For what a room rate cost for a nite I would think that those little soaps should be available. My biggest gripe is that upholstered chair which was dirty with”white gooey spots. I had voiced my complaint to a visitor and in turn they flipped the cushion over and the other side was worse. The only other option to sit on something was a metal mesh office chair or the bed. The king bed with all the pillows and comforter were real nice."

"Village Inn Springfield provided a solid, reliable experience for a quick stopover. The check-in process was fast, simple, and hassle-free. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable;when we mentioned needing a bit of ambient noise to fall asleep, they kindly brought a box fan right up to our room. That level of thoughtful hospitality really stood out. The room itself was fairly average in terms of décor and amenities, but it was clean, quiet, and contained everything required for a comfortable one-night stay. When it was time to leave, check-out was just as seamless as arrival. Overall, Village Inn Springfield delivers friendly service and great convenience for travelers needing a quick, stress-free stay."
