The room was small but nice and clean. However TV would not work and no maintenence available to fix it. Supposed to have had full hot breakfast until 10:00 am but it had been put away by 8:30 am. Customers were eating cereal.

Absolutely amazing hotel.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Beautiful hotel, nice and courteous staff, and really comfortable beds. The only thing that was bad was there was a small child running around, yelling, and slamming doors next door but hotel wasnt at fault.

We had to wait a while for a front desk person to come & get us checked in. She said she was working alone that day, and wasn’t sure if our room was ready. Cheryl was kind, personable and efficient as always, but I could sense her frustration at not being able to wait on me more quickly. The room was fine, except there were places in the shower that appeared to have mold in the corners. Breakfast was good, as always.

We stay at this facility most times when we visit Snyder. It's pet friendly and they do offer a hot breakfast.

Fairfield at Snyder

Really nice hotel Staff is obviously hard working to make a pleasant and welcoming experience. Great breakfast, good coffee, and comfortable beds. Best hotel shower ever.

Weekend stay to visit family.

The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable for my wife and I. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean. The hotel overall is in nice conditions, there is a few areas that need upgrading but overall we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely be back in the future. Front desk personnel was also very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a very good spot with convenient shipping and restaurants very close by.

Easy and in a good location. The room was really dirty with a lot of stains in the carpet and on the pull out bed. There were no sheets for the pull out bed and we got in late.

We were there for a funeral. We visit fairly often and usually stay here when there is no room at family’s. Always a very friendly staff and comfortable. I was disappointed to get a call about payment after we decided to stay an extra day. We made the arrangements with Deven the night before but for some reason there was an issue with something, I’m not even sure what it was but we were all together celebrating my nephew’s life so it was a tad bit annoying. I will stay there again. It is always a nice stay.

I did not get the room I reserved and paid in advance for. I was given the only room left, according to the hotel. I don’t understand why they would give my room to another guest when I had already paid for it. The room I was given was in dire need of repairs…the toilet seat was completely detached, the walls had patch paint work done, the shower curtain was full of holes. The pool was filthy and no fruit or bread on the comp breakfast. This hotel has gone down hill in the last 2 years. The staff is always friendly though

Staff was welcoming and friendly. First room assigned, light in bathroom not working, coffee maker not working. Front desk assigned a second room. Clean room, but no shampoo. Front desk gave me a full dispenser. Quiet,soft mattress, peaceful sleep. Housekeeping never visited room. Trash, linens, beds never cleaned or tidied. Breakfast was made as presentable as possible by a pleasant woman. The product was acceptable. I have stayed at The Hyatt and Marriott Hotels in this small town, and will chose Hyatt from now on. For the same price point, I feel Hyatt tries harder.

Snyder stay

We usually stay at this Fairfield at least once a year for a week. We brought our small dog and I understand the deposit but it was kind of pricey at $100. Another reason we liked this facility is the breakfast. Not many choices this year. My husband is partial to the fresh waffles and the were only available 2 of our 5 days. Only meat was sausage, no bacon. Our room was pretty clean and close to the back door so we could let our dog out. Ok doggy area.

OK stay

Checkin was fast. Just as I was about to call the number on the handwritten note, the desk clerk appeared. Our room was the first one off the lobby. It looked brand new after we gave t in far enough to be able to turn on lights. The entryway light switch didn’t work. We quickly learned to step over the transition from tile to carpet as the tack strip had tacks facing up through the carpet. The bathroom was generally clean but for the edge outside the shower door. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet.

We pulled in around 10pm for a one night stay. Justin at the front desk had just finished mopping. The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our check-in was seamless, he was very polite and thorough. Our room and bathroom was spotless. The bed was very comfortable with duvets. (This is lovely because all the bedding can be washed now between guests. As compared to some affordable hotels that still use comforters.) The bathroom is somewhat remodeled with new wallpaper/shower walls. It’s bright and clean. I could hear the people in the room next to me but only until about midnight. I just went downstairs at 6:15am for pretty good coffee and the complimentary breakfast looks great. They even have fresh hot biscuits. At $104/night, this place is awesome!

Just ok.

We arrived at 9pm exhausted after traveling all day. There was no one at the front desk. We called and the phone rang with no answer. After 20 minutes I young gentleman arrived to check us in. He was really friendly but it was still frustrating. If they don’t have more than one staff member available they should consider kiosk check in. The hotel room walls were very dingy and there was a musty odor. Beds were ok. Bathroom was clean and wonderful hot shower. Overall it was ok but not Marriott quality.
