"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"the property was clean, and all amenities you may need are there, the pool was clean but expected to be bigger but that wasn't a problem, one-note though, the guy who welcomed us closed part of the villa for no reason, my guess he was trying to reduce the areas to clean after we leave if my wife did not notice we would not enjoy the whole place, but anyways overall was a good stay."

"We wish we could stay longer than one night.Great hotel with alot to see and do for families and couples.To get to the dead sea beach there is a golf buggy,very helpful on hot days.The dinner buffet was fantastic,everything you could ask for and all tasty.The breakfast buffet was even better.Room was large with dead sea views. "The people in this resort elevated the experience so much!!! The DJ (I think Sarah) is amazing, and a very special thank you and shout out to everyone who went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. Saleh, Faisal, Hassan the manager, Hamza at the pool, and everyone in between is so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for the pools, the food, the views, the vibes, and above all the great treatment from the staff everywhere. Thank you everyone!! The bed is comfortable rooms are clean, there are two main restaurants, but I think a malls also near by if you wanted more options. Great time!"
