"Very friendly reception, informative conversation of available services from free coffees in the lobby to the breakfast in the mornings & after hours services, room is flawless, clean & fresh, very spacious, close to central station & Woolies only a hope skip & jump away, will definitely return & book a longer vacation."

"Outstanding, from the complimentary breakfast, all day Nespresso coffee. Good staff and great rooms Triple glazed windows, right next to the metro station. The only downside is no heating, the AirCon can only cool."

"Good size room. Beds were comfortable. The little kitchenette was a bonus imo. The cleaning staff were friendly. The reception staff wasn’t entirely approachable when checking in but was quite happy at check out. There was a bit of mould in the shower but overall the room was clean & tidy. Although located right next to the train tracks, you could not hear any trains. Close drive to Penrith. I would stay again."

"The welcome was great, the complimentary snacks in the foyer were interesting if you got there early enough in the morning, but a nice touch. Staff organised an airport shuttle for me which was very reasonable at $22 for one person. Will stay again if I'm in Sydney again. "
