“Stayed at the hotel two separate times and both were good! Staff are very friendly. The second time the room was not cleaned as well as the first but the staff were attentive. Overall would stay again!”

“Clean and comfortable room. Lots of hot water and decent pressure. Tv required a PhD...did not impress.”

“False advertising; family suite states there is a kitchen, smart TV and corner bathtub, none of these were in the room.”

“The owner\hostess was rude and obsequious. She has a footwear issue…..and offered used slippers as an alternative. The physical plant was fine. This is not a hotel….it is her and her yapping dogs home. I don’t pay $300 for a lecture.”

“The room was nice in itself, however the air conditioning unit was super loud... making a non stop continuous clunk clunk noise. I went to the front desk to let them know about the issue, and the owner and a handyman came by in half an hour but they only took off the cover and kicked it a couple of times and said they couldn't make it quieter and left. The motel was also fully booked so we were not offered another room. By bedtime the noise got even louder and so unbearable that we had to turn...

“Clean room, nice location (right near Louisbourgh fortress), quiet, restaurants on site, tasteful beach-inspired decor, spacious room, friendly &helpful staff. Very firm bed. Very small bathroom mirror - hard for shorter people to apply makeup. Our room included dishes, cutlery, microwave, kettle, coffeemaker, bar fridge.”
