It was a pleasant stay for the most part. lots to like about it. The shower drains aren't the most efficient and so water will rise and there was a lot of loud noises throughout the building on my final day, probably maintenance works

日本人です。日本のビジネスホテル並みの清潔さで快適に過ごせます。朝食も美味しく、毎朝楽しみでした。主食・サイド・飲み物を1種類ずつ選択できますので、毎朝選ぶ楽しみもあります。フタッフの方は皆様印象が良くフレンドリーです。慣れない海外でも快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。また系列のホテルを利用させてもらいたいと思います。

The room was small but very comfortable, the elevator and reception area were efficient. There was a telephone in the room that wasn't connected which made it hard to contact reception to let them know the battery to the tv remote control was flat. Overall it was a very good stay in a great location. The bed was comfortable too.

This is a fairly basic hotel, with very compact rooms that feel more like a renovated hostel than a traditional hotel. It’s suitable for a short overnight stay, but may not be comfortable for longer visits. The shower space is extremely small, making it difficult to move around, and the bed was also not very comfortable. During my stay, there was construction noise coming from the floor below, which I had not been informed about in advance or by staff on arrival. Additionally, the front doors were not locked at night, allowing unrestricted access to the lifts and guest floors, which raised safety concerns as a solo traveler.

スタッフの方は皆さん挨拶があり、対応も丁寧でよかったです。お部屋の中には、冷蔵庫のほかケトル、コーヒーカップ、ドライヤーもあり、また1階にはカフェもあり私にとっては十分に揃っていて便利でした。wynyard駅から徒歩3分ぐらいの立地のため、空港からのアクセス、市内の観光にも便利でした。
