Morning receptionist was rude :( , i got to the hotel late night, that receptionist was good but struggled to find my booking as systems were very slow . After entering data manually he was kind enough to give me room on 1st floor , and told me to go rest and he will charge the parking in the morning.
This morning receptionist has no courtesy to even thank when i tell her that parking was not charged last nite but kept complaining that the other receptionist did not leave any notes .
I showed her the picture of stained sheet and she is like ok not a problem instead of being apologetic. Budget IBIS are better in australia than this one as i now have stayed at 6 of them , this receptionist is the worst amojng all so far and they need to clean up the property as there is garbage pn the backside lying around on the backside where i parked my car
