"This hotel deserves more stars. To start the staff was extremely helpful. I informed the hotel I was arriving early in the morning and asked if there was a way to hold my luggage so I can tour Sydney. They informed me they made note of it and when I got there, the front desk and concierge held my bags and they got my room ready 3hours early no charge! The room was spacious, and cleaned everyday. The hotel is in a great spot downtown. I walked everywhere no need for an uber except to the airport! A quick walk to the bridge, the opera house, museums, shopping malls, and restaurants. The food at breakfast was good with an array of variety. The staff was nice and helpful. This is the place I would stay when I visit Sydney again, and there will be another visit!"

"I was pleasantly surprised. One of our best stays yet. We travel a lot but have never come across such a great blend of history, architecture and cleanliness. The staff were amazing and the spa pool on the deck was insane and definitely a hit for my family. Not to mention the views and location! Although older (which was a bonus in our case) it was clean and well maintained. Coming from Auckland where we don’t have a lot of ‘history’ it was a treat to stay at this hotel and appreciate all the other architecture and history in the city. "
