The hotel has the best location at Circular quay. So easy to get to all transport and easy walk to shops and the city. Very helpful staff. Pool was warm but unsupervised children by parents screaming did take the enjoyment away.

This hotel is in the perfect location for the trains, Circular Quay and the city's shops. Nice neat room with a bridge/city view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back next week after our trip to the Blue Mountains.

Our room was lovely. Very quiet and clean. All the necessary toiletries, equipment and safe. Got upgraded and had view over Sydney Harbour Bridge. Best thing about this hotel is it's location which is second to none if you are wanting to be near all the touristy things. Breakfast superb with everything you could possibly wish for. Bed very comfy and huge. Sylvesters restaurant was excellent and very good value with our $50 off voucher. Very good value too for a top rate hotel.
