Booked this hotel because it had a pool close to where my child was having a competition. Was told upon arrival the pool was still under renovations. The whole reason for booking was the pool.

Room could have been a bit cleaner. We moved a chair and crumbs and cobwebs in the corner, look like milk spiled on bed frame, and towel under the bathroom sink. Staff was nice and friendly. It is convenient to shopping and food.

Room needs a significant deep clean. Beds were fine for sleeping but along baseboards have dead bugs, crumbs and dusty webbing. Not clean.

We were extremely happy with our stay. My husband and I especially loved how comfortable and soft the bed was. One of the best night of sleep we've had in a while. The staff was extremely nice as well. We will be staying here again for future trips!

A primary reason for booking this hotel was because it had a pool. It was closed for maintenance with no prior notification to us, so that was disappointing. We also had issues upon checking in. One room had the fridge in the bathroom, another had one bed when we had reserved 2, and another wasn't clean and ready for guests checking in. Some room switches were made, we settled in. Turns out our fridge was unplugged and very smelly, and the cleanliness wasn't top notch. It was decent, but lots of room for improvement. Ex, scum buildup around the crevices of the shower seat in the accessible bathroom of our room. I will say, the staff was excellent. At every interaction, they were pleasant, helpful, smiling, and friendly.

They show an indoor pool its closed 4 the winter!!it was the reason we booked there very very upsetting.. when u walk in it smells like gas or some other foul smell.. refrigerator had so much ice it didn't open they had to send a new 1... keurig. Was missing top.. hair allover tub and walls soap holder had hail mold and dirt when asked to clean they attempted to remove a few hairs.. i have pictures of everything.. parking lot littered with glass bottles and cans.. im very very disappointed.. the waffle maker was messed up and burned my hand so bad..i also have pictures

Found a large hair ball on bathroom towel. Tolet was plugged and they were nice enough to give us a plunger so we could fix it ourselves. Rooms were not very clean. At Beakfast we told them there were no coffee cups out and them again five minutes later. The comment was oh you wanted some ? Ummm yes please. Will not stay there again

When I got to the hotel, I was told I had to pay a deposit even though my room was already paid for. When I got to my room it wasn’t the cleanest, the remote to my tv was missing, something’s were broken, looked lol mold spots were on the ceiling. Bathtub was dirty with hair in it still towels looked dingy.

We told the front desk our bathroom and entrance floor was sticky. He said housekeeping was not in until the morning and he would have it looked after. We bought slippers and placed towels on the floor to avoid walking through this. No one ever came to look at the floor...we stayed 2 nights. Also, found dark hair (we are light) on clean towels and was coming off floor and getting onto bed linens from feet.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. There were 6 of us and 2 rooms booked! ⭐️The breakfast offered was awful. ⭐️ there was mold visibly on the ceiling in the hallway ⭐️ the pool was open but it was very dirty, cloudy, and was not circulating ⭐️ they propped open the entrance door to the pool, which any child could run into( huge safety concern) ⭐️the hotel smelled extremely bad, a combination of chlorine, a bad smell I couldn’t figure out but assuming mold now, (gas,oil, propane maybe) that was coming from the mechanical room near our rooms. I do believe they propped the pool door open to help mask the bad smells everywhere else. ⭐️ we had to move rooms because ours was infested with ants ⭐️ the floors in the rooms were very dirty ⭐️ the blankets were stained and had random black hairs on them ⭐️ we tried to mention the mold to a worker but she brushed us off and rudely told us she is busy and working ⭐️ we tried to tell another about the ants and they just responded with no speak English! ⭐️ there is never anyone at the front desk We booked here because of the location and the shopping located around it! We do not recommend!!

Has a great location for the surrounding area for shopping. Whole building smells bad had to changes rooms. Found dirty underwear in first room with empty medication packets in bedding. Front counter person did not believe me and had me take him to the room. The bed was made but had stains and small holes throughout sheets and the base of the bed had marks as something’s was leaking onto it. Switched rooms on 3rd floor. Obviously went through it before we stayed. The highway next to the hotel was very loud and missing doors on furniture in second room. It seems that maybe the owners and extended family were living onsite? Will not be staying again.

Meh. Room floor was sticky and dirty. Room and entire hotel smelled musty. Conditioner and shampoo bottles in room were used. Room did not have any washcloths or hand towels. Complementary breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean with ample seating. Surrounding area has great access to shopping and dining.

Staff was fine. It was the other customers who could care less about the noise they make. Slamming doors, heavy footed overhead and then a running, crying, child next door whose adults just yelled back louder! The child then figured out how to open the adjoining door on their side and try to break through our side. Very scary! Hotel needs much better sound proofing. Some things have been updated but some are still in shabby stage.

Very nice and Friendly people work here. I came in late and they were very helpful. Nice place. Breakfast was ready in the am- nice place and good price

It was dirty. We had to switch rooms because there was food on the floor from the people before us. The table and bed tables had grease and drink rings on them and the sheets/blankets had stains on them. I will never stay here or in a Comfort Inn and Suites again!!!

Went in the shower to wash my hair, no shampoo or cream rinse in the dispensers

The tub was old and not very clean. The room was dusty so I don’t believe it had been cleaned in a while. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Overall the stay was ok for what we needed for one night.
