침대만 있는 숙소
방음이 잘 안되어서 시끄럽습니다. 객실엔 침대만 있고 욕실은 샤워시설만 있습니다. 냉장고, 전기포트, 드라이어, 샴푸 등 아무 것도 없어요. 객실 청결 상태는 좋았습니다. 그리고 방이 시끄러워서 다른 객실로 바꿔달라고 요청했는데 직원이 친절히 바꿔줬습니다.

this was a no-frills place for my stay in Syracuse, reminder to bring your own shampoo and hair dryer. But as a place to sleep, nice and clean, quiet.

The staff was very friendly. It seemed that the motel was upgraded recently. However, the pillows were old and stained and the beds were very uncomfortable- with springs that hurt my back. Fortunately we brought our own bedding and mattress and pillow protectors. It was great that there wasn’t carpeting on the floor but the floors were sticky and very dirty. We realize that it is less expensive to stay here than some of the surrounding facilities in Syracuse, but they could at least wash the floors. This is a bare minimum place to stay. No hair dryer, no closet, just hangers on a shelf. No shampoo, no drawers to put your clothes in, no hooks to hang wet towels. Also, since it’s a pet friendly establishment, we were kept awake by the clicking of a dog’s claws walking back and forth on the hard floors in the room above us. Then awoken very early in the morning by what sounded like someone taking their pet outside. Be sure to bring flip flops, bedding and pillows if you plan to stay here.

A standard Motel 6. The sink in the bathroom had loose faucet and knobs so the whole unit twisted and moved around when you adjusted temperature, which is a standard feature for Motel 6s for some reason. The door was sticky so you had to throw your weight against it to open it. The bed was made so it looked like someone was napping in it just before you arrived and they had to leave quickly. The area the hotel is in is very well maintained and safe.

Unfortunately, I had reserved a smoking room without realizing that it still existed. However, upon entering the room, I was overwhelmed by the terrible smell of smoke. To alleviate the smell, I had to open the small windows, turn on the bathroom exhaust fan, light scented candles, and even purchase an air purifier for $100. The poor ventilation in this facility was quite disappointing. While I understand that it is a smoking-allowed room, it should not have been so strongly permeated by the smell of smoke that it even affected my throat. Needless to say, I will not be staying at Motel 6 again.

Towels and Wash cloths were not clean as could be, some had stains, and i was constantly itching with bed bug bites. Disgusting.

Sunday when i arrived check in went too room very clean turn on tv only 4 or 5 channels until Friday night all channels worked then on Monday morning only 2 or3 channels worked was left with one channel was watching it until it was time leave then it was turned off so channels were not working.

Friendly staff. Strong wifi. Heater / AC in room - adjustable. No carpet in the room which is a plus. Easy, well lit parking lot. Bathroom is very clean - more than enough towels :) only downside is no mattress protector but only a fitted sheet and one of the sheet had a weird stain on it … and strong smell of weed from some guests. Quiet enough tho - room well soundproof tho.

Trash all over the place but it seems like no one care about the outside of the property which they should because that’s what people see when they pull up it’s called curb appeal. You don’t have it you’re not gonna keep people there’s trash everywhere.

it was so noisy. Dogs barking, loud tv, couple arguing. We got in about 12:30am, exhausted. Room was clean, clerk great. Other guests noisy, very little sleep.

Friendly, Clean and comfortable.
The room was large, comfortable, modern, and very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. My only critique is that the room was very dark during the day. It had new lighting, but I still needed my flashlight to see inside by bags.

They did not clean the room daily even if we requested it, we asked for a NON-SMOKING room and the smell where they placed us could not be tolerated. The service from the young people at the front desk was kind

Clean with lots of parking space. Had microwave and mini fridge but no microwaveable cups. And reservation was cancelled two days before arrival with no notification from motel nor Expedia.

Requested a non-smoking room but was given one with cigarette burns all over dresser & sheets. Room also smelled very heavily of smoke. There was hair on the bed as well as all over in the bathroom. Wasn’t a real sheet on the bed & the mattress had multiple stains on it. Motel was undergoing construction at the time so also lots of loud noises. However, staff were all very nice.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
This was a horrible experience. First, I did not get the room I paid for ahead of time. When I checked in, I was told if I didn’t want what they have that I can cancel my booking. I advised the price I paid was more than what they were offering. Nobody offered to refund my difference. I asked for extra pillows.. 90 minutes later, having gotten no pillows, I went back out to ask again and told him I would wait there as he went to get some. He handed me the pillows and I asked if I could get pillowcases.. he said “you want those too?” Last I knew they go hand in hand. Kind of like toilet paper in a bathroom. The floors were filthy, beer caps, food, soap bars. Etc. my husband had to fix our sink and our room phone didn’t work, not even a dial tone. The desk was advised of these as well. Went to take a shower, and the soap bar had been used and put back into the wrapper!! In two days, there were no happy guests, there were numerous complaints that we witnessed, and we watched one by one as they went across the street to the other hotel. They chuckled and smiled at every issue, but never wanted to make our experience better. I am mortified that I paid all that money, and got the worst possible service. Their groceries got delivered and sat on the floor out front for over 4 hours before we left for the day. Including milk and other items. Do not use those to make your coffee as you may get sick! Never again will I stay there and I will continue to let people know how it is there.

The service was not bad but not how do I say not real eye contact or greetings, the room was in need of repaire with furniture and they need to use better cleanning protucts the tub was yellow and walls could use a good cleaning some place were not vacuum so shoes needed on floor and shower had great water pressure comfortable beds but one bed had hair in it no sleep there

We booked two rooms. The keys wouldn't work and required us to go back and forth to the front office 6 times to eventually get to the point where they could get us in the rooms, which had us sitting in the halls with all of our things for almost 25 minutes. One of the rooms did not have the following, which we had to work with the head office several times to resolve: fridge, phone, ice bucket, cups, table, chair. The smoke detectors had bags installed over them, which seemed like a safety hazard. The hallways also smelled like marijuana. Would not recommend.
