Worst communication ever!!!
We just booked the apartment month before and just 2 days before a staff contact to me and say we did overbooked so cancel or other room ( where located 700m from where i booked and very old style interior) and i said please cancel it. And they are back to me after check in day, said i have to figure out my self. So I wish i can pay back from the hostel.com and others are having not the same thing happen like me.

An der Wohnung fährt die Strassenbahn vorbei, was extrem laut ist!! Die Wohnung ist sehr gross aber teilweise in einem sehr abgewohntem Zustand. Türrahmen kaputt. Badunterschrank ebenfalls kaputt. Ausserdem ist sie sehr ungemütlich - keine schöne Ausstattung. Gut ist die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit! Das Frühstück war ok Der Kaffee schmeckt leider nicht so gut…

Schöne, große Apartment-Zimmer
Wir hatten ein schönes, sehr großes Apartment inkl. Balkon. Alle Annehmlichkeiten (u. a. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett etc.) vorhanden. Schade war nur, dass die Heizung plötzlich nicht mehr funktionierte und die Rezeption weder besetzt noch telefonisch erreichbar war.

The appartment is spaceous and conveniently located. Plenty of parking space behind the building. The view did include some city skyline but was dominated by sad looking buildings in the foreground. On the down side was that the appartment is not so cosy. White walls, white ceiling and uncovered light bulbs for illumination was a little odd. The receptionist was very friendly - even when we manage to temporarily loose the key to the appartment.

Super lejlighed med central beliggenhed
Vi ankom formiddag og kunne sætte bilen i gården flere timer før check-in. Venlig og omhyggelig modtagelse. Lejligheden er stor og lys, alt fungerede, masser af udstyr i køkkenet. Grøn udsigt og fredeligt selvom den ligger så centralt. De allerbedste anbefalinger

Very clean, well placed, comfortable, a bit used, but this is because of non respect of people, just one thing missing in the apartment, a good ventilation, or air conditioner.. Very hot, and low airflow in the apartment... But the rest was very good :)

Huge spacious 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and pull out couch for the kids. Corner market just down steet. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes as well as the city sites. Had issues with communicating to reception as they did not speak English or German well but got by. The guy on the phone who took my registration and gave apartment code spoke fluent English though. Very pleased with what we got for the money paid. Modern renovated apartments but the facade of building older and could be misleading but you will be happy once you get inside. There is a tunnel to drive through off the street to secured parking area in the back. Breakfast available for extra payment but with full kitchen we just bought stuff from the corner market.

Udemærket ophold, dog trækker det ned at der var flere håndværksmæssige fejl, f.eks løst blandingsbatteri på WC, stoppet gulvafløb i badet og lign. Ellers fin vaæue for money.

Centralt och smidigt
Fräscht och trevligt hotell i centrala Szczecin. Snabb incheckning. Bra utbud med restauranger och caféer. Stort plus med parkering på innergård. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit.

Pobyt oceniamy za dobry. Jednak bardzo głośno i jeżdżące tramwaje budziły nas już o 5 rano. W apartamencie brak zmywarki, mikrofalówki mimo że jest duży aneks kuchenny. Powinno byc jakies udoskonalenie tego apartamentu. Cena za dobe mocno wygórowana.

Noisy Apt also windows Old Cold air coming in and Bathroom Tub Clogged. Paid for 9 nights stayed only 1 moved and Booked by Expedia new Apt much better. Customer Service lied to Expedia saying they offered to moved us to new apt which is a Lie. Very Rude Owner saying he won’t refund as some Guidelines and Rules but place was and is not as Advertised Sorry
