"Very clean and comfortable room. Big swimming pool and great gym with state of the art equipments. Delicious fresh breakfast with variety of western, local food, pastries and fresh fruits. Wonderful hotel staffs who are incredibly nice, courteous, friendly and accommodating. Shout outs to Arif( concierge and transportation staffs), Angga and Leon who keep our room so clean and comfortable, and Wulan and Okta from Seminyak eatery. They made our stay memorable."

"Breakfast staff were really nice. Breakfast cooked in our villa which was fantastic! Room was cleaned everyday but the sheets weren’t changed, I knew this due to a spot on sheet that never changed from the first day. Stayed 10. Pool was cleaned everyday. Bathroom was outdated. Could really do with a makeover. We enjoyed our stay here. Yudi was lovely and always happy to see us, as were all the staff. Staff maybe could smoke elsewhere rather than in the small space next to walkway. I would recommend staying here. I would stay here again. Location was pretty good. Plenty of things walking distance. Got a grab bike to Legian which was under $2."

This thing that I think is to improve the cleanliness in the room and maybe a little upgrade with old faucet"

"Alila Seminyak is truly next-level. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, everything about this hotel felt five-star. After getting off a long flight and arriving in Bali’s hot and humid climate, we were welcomed with a complimentary box containing snacks and drinks, along with a cool, refreshing towel and facial mist. It was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel welcomed, refreshed and looked after. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, right on the waterfront with direct beach access and stunning infinity pools. We had booked a room with a private pool, which made our stay feel even more special. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the location is fantastic. The restaurant was phenomenal, and the food and service were exceptional. The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding — friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Even the security team were fantastic and made us feel incredibly safe and well looked after. The little details really made the difference. We had a buggy available to take us to and from our room, and there genuinely didn’t seem to be anything we could ask for that was too much trouble. I honestly cannot fault this hotel. From the facilities and location to the food, service and attention to detail, Alila Seminyak delivered an exceptional experience from beginning to end. It is easily one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it."

"We loved the Kleo! The pool was great, it’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive from the Airport. It’s in a great location close to lots of food, coffee, shopping and nightlife. It was just off one of the main roads in Semenyak but it never felt like it was crazy from the hotel, it was quiet and felt very safe. The staff is by far the nicest staff on our whole stay in Bali. The room was beautiful and clean. Absolutely no complaints. We will be back Forsure!"
