Despite courteous staff, RL Mouradi Hammam Bourguiba fails to meet basic standards of comfort and wellness. Rooms were poorly maintained, with hair in the bathroom and spider webs in the corners. The hammam was cold and unclean, and spa services were substandard — the massage lacked professionalism and the Douche à Affusion treatment was both overpriced and ineffective. Alcohol was inexplicably restricted to rooms only, not available at the bar. At the pool, guests swam fully clothed, raising serious hygiene concerns due to fabric residues and reduced water quality. Combined with its remote location, difficult access roads, and limited nearby services, the hotel does not provide a relaxing or professional experience and cannot be recommended.

We had to pay to use the gym whereas it was on our reservation. They had a soccer team during the whole stay and they were privileged versus the rest of us. I couldn't use certain amenities until they were done. Some staff were rude. The dining was limited. The card for drinks was huge but they hardly had anything to sell.

The management failed its customers big time. On a 90 degree Fahrenheit day, the AC was turned on for only three hours from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The Hammam or the steam room was not working properly and I have a great doubt that the swimming pool is filled with regular and not thermal water. The water in the swimming pool is not warm enough. They will lose customers if they continue operating this way.

Enorme potentiel... dommage

Difficile de juger car toutes les conditions sont là pour un agréable séjour pourtant j’ai décidé d'écourter notre séjour au bout de 2 jours. Nous avions réservé pour une semaine mais beaucoup de choses n’étaient pas à la hauteur. L’environnement et la façade de l’hotel sont magnifiques. Il y a des terrains de tennis et des stades de foot et un petit terrain de pétanque. Le village est à quelques minutes à pieds. L’hotel est spacieux est dans l’ensemble assez propre. Un peu vieillot, beaucoup de choses sont à réparer et la décoration des chambres est un peu ringarde. Les lits sont confortables. Les chambres sont grandes avec une belle terrasse. Le personnel est gentil mais mal formé et pas souriants du tout. Je sais pas si ils sont timides ou mal polis. On a toujours l’impression de déranger. Le serveur du café ne prend la commande qu’au comptoir (si vous le trouvez). Le personnel du buffet font des commentaires entre eux devant vous. Comme je suis végétarien et que je ne mange que des légumes, je me suis servit une deuxième assiette de salade. Le serveur a dit devant moi et à haute voix à son collègue que je mangeais trop et que c'était la honte. Nous avons choisi uniquement cet hôtel qui semblait idéal pour le sport, grand air, espace, piscine et fitness. Mais en fait la salle de gym est facturé 20dt de l’heure par personne. Sachant que nous avions besoin de minimum de 2h par jour par personne cela faisait un budget. On a donc décidé de partir dans un autre hôtel.
