Not what i was expecting!

The motel was ok. A little hard to find and front door not working left us to figure out how to get in. Check in was quick and staff very nice. The room was spacious bed a little firm. In the info on the room it said breakfast so i was ready for the usual hot breakfast, but it was a sack with sweet danish a cereal bar fruit and milk.

Stay Away

The woman at check-in was gracious and thorough. The room had no Kleenex, was dirty, poorly maintained, loud and unpleasant. The breakfast had no napkins or tissue of any type and an employee was not present. The neighborhood is tough.

There was only one person doing check in and there was a large group of us waiting. We were in town for a concert. He was doing his best but it took 45 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not hot and left a bit to be desired.

They said hot heathy breakfast was 7am-10a there was no breakfast. It was overly hot in the lobby and in the room when we checked in and took forever to cool off. Room deposit was higher than my stay at a 5 star resort lodge. Will not stay there again.

Rude unprofessional woman behind the desk said our 3 night reservation which I made just 2 days before was not valid because they no longer accepted dogs even tho it was clearly dog friendly on that Hotels.com site.
