“The room was excellent, well equipped, very comfortable with a first rate view from the balcony. The pool and Gym facilities were excellent, easy to use with fantastic staff. The only let down was the bar/restaurant area. The levels of noise from the assorted screens, the shouting and screaming was ridiculous. “Enjoyed our stay. Wished we could've stayed longer. Used the pool facilities all was clean and well maintained. Family friendly place, staff eager to help and answer any questions. Beautiful garden seating area and views of the countryside.”

“The rooms are dated and could do with a refresh. pillows were stained. Ask for an iron to be told they are just dotted around random rooms and they dont know where they are so couldnt get me one. Breakfast staff were busy talking had to ask for the milk to be topped up and likewise the juice. I would say the staff werent customer focused.”

Deshalb habe ich für meine Frau extra eine Suite gebucht – was man uns zunächst gab, war allerdings eine Frechheit: ein dunkles Loch mit Blick auf eine Ziegelwand.
