Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well

Motel bien situé sur la route principale en sortant du traversier donc facile de laisser son véhicule garé devant puis tout faire à pied jusqu’à Tadoussac (20 mn) Le réceptionniste est très accueillant et souriant ! Il m’a remis mes clés dès 11h pour une chambre prévue à 16h … merci à lui !! Je recommande ce motel .
