The location was excellent. The rooms were very basic and small. The food at the restaurant was very good. Despite being next to the train station the room was super quiet.

Hotel was very convenient being right next to the train station to go into Zermatt. There are a few dining options across the street along with a small supermarket. It has paid parking available for 10 Swiss francs a night. I was in a room that was in am the newer wing of the hotel so the bathroom and room were in pretty good condition, and everything was clean. The included hot breakfast was a nice plus.
