The room was clean and tidy, and from our room, we could see Taipei 101. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful especially the staff who helped us booked a cab to the airport. Thank you for the plush mascot makes an incredible tangible souvenir of her birthday trip. It would be nice if the pillows are firm.

The food was good except Chef did nit cater to our requests like well done meat and bacon. I appreciate the packed breakfast they prepared for us and assistance they provided to call our ride to the airport. Our rooms were always kept clean. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

This place was decent, not 5 stars - we moved from another hotel to here. The bed was very hard and the place is older. For the most part the staff was nice- just not a 5 star hotel.

Overall room was clean but the bathroom can use some cleaning. Breakfast needs some variations daily, we. Stayed for 6 days. For a 5 star hotel, there should be more amenities like shower cap; hair tie; q tips etc. Overall stay was pleasant.

Very central location, minutes walk to 24 hour Carrefour and train station with lots of bus options. Friendly, attentive staff. The complimentary candy and snack bar was a really nice touch. We arrived at 3pm and were treated to a complimentary happy hour at the restaurant, lots of food choice options. The rooms were clean, our kids loved the AI feature and the automatic blind in the washroom.
