還可以

出發前被告知不能入住，最後被安排入住同集團的台北車站分館，之前住過西門館覺得好才再次入住，這間比西門舊，房間內的物品有塵，大堂有點焗，淋浴設施指示左右倒轉了，總括來說普通住宿還是可以的，不算很差但也不是很好。接待員態度普遍都ok，特別是一位戴眼鏡瘦瘦的男接待員（31/3晚上在櫃臺服務的男生）很貼心。

尚可，可惜走廊太多蚊，甚至有一至2隻會在房間發現！浴簾表面雖淨，可惜有異味！雖有整理房間，可惜沒有吸塵及床上用品沒有更換(指入住3晚以上)

近台北車站

職員有禮貌，不過門鎖少許問題，關門後感認吾好吾識自動上鎖，要好大力和開關幾次先得! 出台北車站行大約10分鐘就到幾方便，其他大致幾好!

此飯店位置優越，只可惜二人共訂住4晚，第2晚便收通知要搬到另一家位置偏遠的飯店！大感無奈及失望！

第二晚職員來電指酒店將進行例行檢查，明日一早11時便要checkout 搬到另一家分店，然後跟他擾攘一番後，心裡十萬分不情願下仍是要逼於無奈接受。對此大感不滿！ 首先，出發前花費了不少時間搜尋一家位置方便行程的飯店，最後發現此飯店接近西門町夜市，又近車站，方便愛夜生活的我們，但他們一句例行檢查的理由便要改變我們已計劃好的行程，難道例行檢查飯店不是應該一早收到通知的嗎？為何仍在網上繼續接受預訂？當時我上網查看，發現飯店仍在接受預訂房間的！ 之後被安排到台北車站的分店，位置很不方便，沒有娛樂和飲食，最後免強決定搬到西門町另一家偏遠的分店，附近一片荒蕪，幾乎沒有食市，沒有便利店，距離地鐵站要15分鐘路程，所以之後每次都要付費坐的士出入！ 經過此不愉快經歷，不會再光顧此連鎖飯店！請檢討為何飯店會出現超賣的情況，對消費者而言實在是不公平對待！

台北駅まで徒歩圏内だけどとても汚いホテル

まず、清掃がまったくされていませんでした。 ごみ箱は満杯、たばこの吸い殻の入ったペットボトル、空のボトルｅｔｅ 冷蔵庫はありましたが、ボトルウォーターは用意されていませんでした。

위치가 대만제일임

위치가 진짜 모든걸 커버하고 남습니다. 바로앞에 삼남매망고빙수있고, 바로옆 천천리 로컬음식점도 되게 맛있고 시먼띵 메인거리끝나는 곳에 위치해서 진짜 좋앗어요. 방도 비즈니스호텔 생각하면되고 아침에 간단한 조식도 주고 괜찮음. 참고로 호텔이름 헤도호텔입니다....진짜 이거때메 엄청걱정햇어요! 익스피디아는 호텔이름 수정좀

시먼지구의 작고 깔끔한 숙소

번잡한 거리에 있으나 조용하고 창밖으로 나무잎이 무성해 갑갑함 도시에서 청량한 기분을 느낄 수 있었다. 옥상 테라스 공간이 여느 카페 못지 않은 분위기라 차 한잔 마시며 쉬기 좋았다. 숙소 이름이 Hedo hotel 로 변경되어 첫날 잠시 헤맸다.

It was a nice place to stay here near the roadside to take taxi about 2 or3 minutes walking to mrt. The place is clean the bed is very comfortable and i super like the bathroom the toilet bowl has heater and biday. The staff is very helpful .

隔音真的有點差～

一進去房間是想像中的大和舒適的，地點很方便，一向知道台灣的旅館隔音比較差，自己不是淺睡的人，住過其他的旅館覺得不太嚴重，但這次基本上我這六天都是早上7／8點就比隔壁很大力的關門跟講話聲嘈醒！真的很火大，也是一個缺點～除此之外其他服務態度都很好，清潔阿姨打掃乾淨～

整體感覺十分良好，地理位置十分優越，基本上半夜回去也不會害怕，很適合夜貓子的！ 我們預訂了是三人房，跟圖片的差不多，沒有什麼可挑剔的！ 好: - 床鋪很整齊乾淨 - 電視很大，高清電視 - 日式馬桶 - 提供不同喝料 可改善: - 吹風機的風力很弱，要吹半小時以上，問了服務中心也沒辦法可以換，可能需要自備喔 - 水壓不足，水很慢！但熱水是正常的 - 隔音問題！隔音有點弱，聽到別人出門聲和聊天聲音，不過聽不到樓下車聲

깨끗하여 좋았으나 개선이 필요함.

우선 호텔 이름이 Hedo hotel 이였고 입구가 좁아 찾기가 무지 어려웠습니다. 주변이 번화가라 한밤중 이전엔 시끄러울수 있으며 방간 방음이 안되어 불편하였습니다. 연말이라 그런지 숙소 수준에 비해 과도한 숙박비는 상당히 부담이였습니다. 이틑날 방 클리닝 후 식수 비치가 안되었고 리셉션 연결 번호에 대한 안내가 없었습니다. 방내 전등 컨트롤 박스의 버튼과 실제 명기된 위치가 맞지 않았습니다.

位置好

房間須然细，但勝在位置好，就在西門町。搂下是白玉苦瓜蜂蜜，轉彎就可以吃到永和豆漿。之前已住過，今次和幾個朋友一起Book 左兩個房。

Great location

Located right in the heart of ximending night market and close to train station. Small rooms but clean! Modest breakfast. Hard to find hotel due to limited signage. Overall pleasant stay.

Cosy and Comfy Stay

Located within Ximending, friendly staffs, room booked was bigger than expected, cosy and Comfy room. The moist level in the room is a little dry, but still acceptable. The housekeeping was a little inconsistent, but nothing too bad happen. So the overall experience is still good!

Bad stay, book other hotels!

Terrible. Staff were not friendly. Kept rushing you to check out at 10.30 when check out time was 12noon. Checked in very late due to aircraft delay. Not as good as before when it first open.

新淨簡潔的精品旅店

旅店門口無門牌無指示，只是店鋪與店鋪之間的空隙進入電梯口，難找。旅店房間廁所空間太少，廁所水壓不夠，完全沒有隔音，房內細聲說話，房外及電梯口也能聽到，真的太誇張。但旅店提供的物品足夠，整潔，頂層還有小型飲食休息區，提供水，少量飲品及零食，服務員態度很好，整體都不錯，只是帶著孩子來旅遊的我就會因為隔音及廁所水壓問題而對旅店扣分，隔音差一：因怕孩子聲浪大影響其他人，二：更怕晚上其他人出入的聲音把孩子吵醒。廁所水壓差一：天氣冷幫孩子沖涼需時較長令孩子很容易生病。望旅店日後多作改善。

比價性高的酒店

非常鄰近西門町，房間也舒適。獨自旅行居住也沒有不安的感覺；酒店職員亦非常親切有禮。如能在街上通往酒店的走廊入口處，及升降機處加上酒店的logo，會使旅客更容易找到啊☺️下次再來必住
