"This was a wonderful experience. We were asked to check in between 2pm-5pm. We were glad to have made it around 3. From the entrance outside, the lobby, and the rooms it was a beautiful ryokan. "Amazing onsen! I booked a room with a private open air onsen for end of March 2024 and was blown away at how nice my room and the entire hotel was. The facility was impeccable, food was good, staff was super nice and my room was so great. I was only there two nights and regret not staying longer. I will definitely come back to this onsen. "Loved the thoughtfulness and all the complimentary toiletries. Loved the bathrobe and house slippers provided. Great room size. There were 3 adults in our group. Excellent value. And best part is the location! Literally right next door to the train station. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!!"
