Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay! The locations are beautiful and comfortable. The service was very good, and they helped us with everything we needed, including taxi from the airport, booking to the Phi Phi Islands, and map and bicycles for our trip to Coconut beach. We loved this resort!

Amazing location

Lovely place with direct access to the beach. Spacious and comfortable room. Gorgeous breakfast. Fabulous tropical garden with palmes and lotus. The beach could be perfect if garbage (small pièce of plastics, bottle caps etc.) among the deckchairs would be removed and open spaces better cleaned. Thank you!

Overall, it was a really nice experience. However, we did face an issue with low water pressure for showering in the evening between 5 and 7 PM. In General the staff were so nice and helpful and I wanted to say thank you to all additionally it would be great if the staff clarified any misunderstandings during conversations by asking again, rather than saying “okay” and proceeding incorrectly or overlooking the request.

The ramada hotel is great value for money - lovely beachfront location which is a great base for exploring the local area. The cleanliness and general service standards were first class. We visited in August which is out of season, meaning that the hotel seemed generally quite quiet - sometimes had the pool to ourselves! Really difficult to find any fault with this hotel - the staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help with any requests. The only feedback we could think of would be the options on the breakfast buffet - whilst great quality many items seemed like those you would expect from an evening or lunch menu. Overall, would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice vacation at Ramada

We really liked our stay at Ramada. Friendly staff, nice pool area and beach. Good varierty of drinks in the pool bar. Good location of hotel, close to restaurants, massage, night market but still quiet. No need to reserve sunbeds early, there is a lot of beds. Nice with freshly squeezed juice in the morning. What needs to be improved is the system for pool towels. They shall be switched when they are cleaning but then you are using them. Better to sign out towels everyday at the pool. Cleaning was sometimes done very late. The water in the pool ruined our swim suites. They all got green. This is something that also need to be looked into. Overall very pleased with our stay and we would recommend the hotell to others.

Nice size hotel but on a very narrow plot. The beds on the beach were about six rows deep and the ones around the pool were four deep. The sun beds were good but the umbrellas were too small to supply enough shade and you couldn’t move them. Breakfast was good although coffee from the machines was average. Lots of variety and choice in each section. Staff were lovely. We had booked a deluxe room and were very grateful as they are on the ground floor and open directly on to the gardens. They have enough outdoor space for two sun beds, an umbrella and a table and two chairs. We spent most days sitting here as it was lovely and peaceful. The room was large, freshly decorated, with a good size bathroom and excellent shower. Towels were new and fluffy. the king sized bed was at least Emperor sized as it was two queens together so 10’ wide! Hilarious . Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room often not being cleaned until mid afternoon and one day not at all until chased. The gym was really not up to scratch. Small with very old machines and the exchangeable hand holds were missing so we couldn’t use most of them. The mats were dirty and ripped. Very disappointing as everything else was great.

Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in der Ozeanfront Villa und waren restlos begeistert. Die Villa war frisch renoviert und top ausgestattet. Ein paar irrelevant Verbesserungsvorschläge gäbe es zwar (zb mehr Haken für die Handtücher und Bademäntel, verbesserter Regenschutz auf der Terrasse) aber definitiv nichts gravierendes. Es wurde sogar an Dinge gedacht, von denen man gar nicht dachte, dass man sie braucht (zb Xxl-Handtücher, große Regenschirme usw). Es gab mehr Handtücher, als 2 Menschen verbrauchen können. Weiterhin war die Villa mit allen möglichen kostenlosen Angeboten ausgestattet (Tee, Kaffee, tgl ausreichend Wasser, Hygieneartikel etc). Für Nicht-Paare würden wir die Villa jedoch aufgrund der offenen Gestaltung nicht empfehlen. :-D Die Damen vom Housekeeping waren hervorragend. Am Abend gab es tgl einen kleinen Gute-Nacht-Gruß vom Hotel mit Süßigkeit, aufgeschlagenen Bettdecken und zugezogenen Vorhängen. Wenn man irgendwas brauchte, reichte ein kurzer Anruf an der Rezeption und alles wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit erledigt (zb neuen Tee, zweite Bettdecke, Mückenschutz usw). Der Strand ist schön und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir aufgrund der Wellen nicht schwimmen gehen. Dafür hatten wir jedoch einen tollen Pool. Hier sollte man jedoch ab und zu mal unter die Ränder schauen und verlorene Gegenstände zb Bälle bergen. Die Poolkissen und das Spielzeug waren jedoch echt ein Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich.
