Our first time staying at an Extended Stay America. The room was spotless, the kitchen was very convenient, and it was a short 15-20 minute drive to the FSU campus. Woud stay again.

The rooms were not too clean - floors never looked mopped. Hairs on bathroom sink. Doors would not shut/lock unless you held them tight. Beds not comfortable. AC Unit (window) was a mess - either too cold or too hot.

Pros: Easy check-in, staff was friendly, and the room was spacious with a strong AC. Location is good—quiet, centrally located to stores and food options, and only 15mins to FSU campus. Cons: Hotel is dated and tired. The room overall didn’t appear to have been cleaned—some hair in the sink, hand stains on the fridge, and water cup stains on the desk. The worst offender though was the pullout sofa mattress, which was beat up and covered in stains. We fortunately brought an inflatable mattress with us, which I strongly recommend if you’re road tripping for a game. Also they say there’s “breakfast” in the morning lol but it’s Nutrigrain bars and prepackaged chocolate muffins. Like all trips to Tallahassee, you get what you get, so it served its purpose, but don’t expect high quality.
