깨끗하나 좁은 숙소
깨끗하고 위치는 훌륭하였다 그러나 에어컨이 없고 선풍기가 하나 있었지만 날개의 청소상태가 불결해 사용하지 못했다 1-2명 정도는 적당하나 3명이상 가족사용하기에는 좁음

이틀 연박했습니다. 간단히 조리도 할 수 있고 자는 공간이 분리돼있어서 그건 좋았습니다. 청소비가 5유로로 별도예요. 합리적이라고 생각했는데, 막상 이용하려고 신청하니 왜냐고 함;;;; 수건도 안 갈아주고 달라고 해야 줍니다. 가족단위라면 묵을만 하지만 그게 아니라면 비추.......

Thank You for Your feedback. You don't have to pay just for changing towels. It is apartment, not hotel room. It means, You have to take care of apartment and waste by yourself. Our cleaning lady does not enter apartment without guest permission. House rules and instructions are written on our home page and in the apartment as well. Wishing You all the best.

This stay was a big disappointment. The shower was extremely small. Im around 1,7cm small and I almost didn’t fit in there, as the sealing was really low. Can’t imagine what people with taller height would do there. Also, when people in the other room started cooking, the ventilation in my room started to make a really loud noise. And all the cooking smell from the other apartment came into mine. Was not really pleasant to wake up to those smells and noise. There goes a tramroad next to the house and it’s really loud. So, if you want a quiet sleep, dont pick this place. Can definitely find better places for this money.

The apartment was very tidy and comfortable, surrounding peaceful. The location very convenient close to harvour, tram stops, both the old town and the city! 24h market just across the street as well. The little kichenette had everything you need for cooking little something. Check-in easy and friendly. I recommend and certainly coming again!

Asunnossa oli todella kuuma. Ikkunoiden auki pitäminen kadun suuntaan ei liikennemelun vuoksi ollut oikein mahdollista, eikä ilmastointia ollut. Muuten asiallinen majoitus hyvällä sijainnilla.

Práctico para visitar Tallin
Los apartamentos cuentan con un equipamiento muy escaso, pero están bien situados para visitar Tallin. La cama está situada en un altillo y es fácil dar con la cabeza en el techo; es complicado salir de uno de los lados de la cama.

Siisti ja hyväkuntoinen huoneisto, jossa sopivasti tilaa kahdelle eri sängyissä nukkuvalle, vaikka pienehkö olikin. Sijainti loistava sataman ja vanhankaupungin välissä. Myös bussi ja ratikka kulkee oven edestä (pysäkit lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä). Liikenteen melua kantautui kadun puolella olleeseen huoneeseen, mutta ei häirinnyt liikaa. Respa käsittääkseni auki 24/7, vaikka Hotels.comilta vähän erisuuntaista infoa tulikin.

Stone cold room on arrival
The heating was not on at all when I arrived and I had to turn on the radiator myself. I had an online meeting and had to keep my winter coat on during the entire thing. It took over five hours for the room to be acceptable. I realise saving energy is very important, but the heating could have been turned on for example the morning of my arrival. This was not acceptable in any way.

Good value for money
Superseded expectations in terms of location and condition of the apartments - the rooms did actually look in reality as in the pictures. Good value for money. Staff was friendly. Only comment is when first time arriving and in the evening, it can be difficult to find the main entrance, but the reception is staffed most of the time and they could help.

The apartment is within walking distance of the port (I took the ferry from Helsinki). The room was small, as expected. The only two things that were annoying was 1) The shower curtain should add weights to the bottom so that it hangs straight and provides more room when in the shower. 2) When accessing the loft, you do need to bend over in order to enter from the stairs. This apartment is not suited for elderly people. The bed and room were comfortable. Fan was provided (nice). Microwave, Refrigerator, TV. Within walking distance of two grocery stores in the Old City. One Complaint is with Expedia. They sent me a message the the Apartments did not have a front desk (NOT TRUE). During normal hours, the front desk always had a person available. Expedia told me that I had to contact the hotel 24 hours Tallinn, I was not sure if I was going to be able to access the apartment or not. Fortunately, Expedia caused me to worry for no reason. If you don't have bad knees or are taller than 6' 2", I recommend the hotel.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Apartment was mostly clean, aside from the dishes in the cabinets not being clean. Glasses had a sticky residue left in them and the skillets had grease in them. Food was stuck on the silverware, someone needs to check this instead of trusting the last person who stayed in the apartment to clean properly. The shower is difficult because the curtain does not go to the floor and soaks the whole floor instead of just inside the pvc box-and the squeegee can’t get the water over it. Don’t leave anything on the floor!

Hyggelig leilighet. Men manglet litt kjøkkenutstyr
Jeg bodde med min fru i leiligheten i nesten 14 dager. Og vi koste oss godt. Beliggenhet var helt topp. Så alt er innenfor gangavstand. Det eneste vi savnet var litt mer kjøkkenutstyr for å kunne lage mat. Slik man jo ønsker når man velger en leilighet/hybel. Så tips til eierene er: Sett inn micro. Øk antallet kniver og gafler. Opptørkhånkle bør på plass. Og ikke minst. Skarpe kniver i skuffen. Vi ønsket oss også oftere rengjøring. Minst 2 ganger i uka. Med rene hånklær. Men på tross av disse småtingene anbefaler vi gjerne leiligheten.

Huoneistot kauniita ja siistejä. Toimivuus sitten eri asia. todella kuumat huoneistot,koska ei ilmastointia ja riippumatta huoneesta, jossain vaiheessa aurinko lämmittää huoneen. Sängyt huonot,erilliset petauspatjat parisängyssä,kovan sängyn kanssa takasi ei niin hyvät yöunet. Kylpyhuoneen kaivot ei veränyt kunnolla, vaan suihkun jäljiltä koko kylpyhuone tulvi. Pisteet sijainnista,hyvästä asiakaspalvelusta respassa ja helposta sisäänkirjautumisesta. Oltiin tätä ennen juuri todellisessa luxus huoneistossa,joten tämä ei kyllä sitä termiä täytä.
