"The Positives: The property is in an excellent location, situated right in front of the lake. We stayed in the 1 BHK apartments, which were very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. "Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that...

8/10 Good
"Clean property but need to take better care of the serving tray inside the room and also the amenities kept in the room. Overall a good property and helpful staff who proactively came to my room when the landline was not working properly…"
