The dining staff and cleaning crew were highly welcoming, but front Front desk was not as much failed to provide basic information wasn’t informed on breakfast time or location. The room came with a broken cabinet handle and a broken door knob to the bathroom . Beds were clean but One of my blankets had a burn on it was unsightly.room had a lot of dust and dirt in the bathroom. Would not stay here again.

I stood. Here. I have to admit staff. Rooms. Was extremely. Comfortable. Clean. I would recommend to visit a stay. Best western Wesley Chapel. 👍

Great property for the price and wonderful breakfast with a great staff that assist you while eating breakfast. The only down fall is my mother is a handicap veteran and she fell in the shower due to no slip resistant mat. Hopefully they fix this issue asap.

When my family and I checked in I asked about the pool and was told it closes at 8pm or dusk. The next day I sent my daughter and mom down to the pool around 5:30 pm. They went to the front desk to ask for towels for the pool. The women there said nothing about the pool. 30 minutes later she came over to them very rude and said they have to get out of the pool. It closes at 6. And she kept tapping her watch and saying get out. Why did not say anything when we asked for towels at 5:30? So once my mother and daughter told me what had happened I went to the front desk and talked to the women who told them to get out. She said pool was closes at 6pm. I told her what the women told me when I checked in and she told me I was mistaken. She was rude

This hotel was very clean and convenient. Close to the highway and many restaurants and grocery stores. I will definitely stay here again. The staff were very nice. Definitely a quiet and safe hotel.

We were awaken at 830am by HK and again at 940. I will admit very annoyed because I am a two day stay. When I inqired at the front desk and I stated my check was the next day and asked if check is 11am why a knock at 830 she replied " room service for the stayovers first" Oh ok" I said "hmm that is nice but I requested a do not disturb tag for the door". ( by the way there was not one in room). This is a nice hotel and the services are appreciated. Thank you.

The location was quiet and convenient...just off I-75 and the main highway 54. Property was clean with a hot breakfast included. Challenge was access to internet was difficult however finally achieved. Only one ice machine worked for the 3 floors. It all worked out as we were there only 2 nights.

Close to “The Groves” — shopping, restaurants etc. Close to I-75 too, but not too close as to be noisy.

Staff discussing a personal altercation of a family member at front desk. Very unprofessional. Later on they where i lobby area with a lady crying. Not a good look for place of business. Also 2 front desk clerks laughing and cutting up not professional. When i needed ice all 3 machines broken and when i asked at front desk if they had other ice machine somewhere she said no. When she was asked if complaining to someone in management she also replied no. There where ants in room. The room had not been cleaned well at all. There was garbage in the night stands. $127. A NIGHT room was worth $80 at best. Only good thing i can say housekeeping was nice and pleasant. The guy who did breakfast was very friendly and nice.

There was a man laying in the first floor hall with a phone connection to the room, talking on the phone for well over an hour. It was near the laundry room which I attempted several times to use. When I alerted the desk clerk, she said he was a guest. The situation made me feel unsafe
