Excellent atrium style hotel, great location and complimentary shuttle within one mile. Yeni at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We will always stay here when we visit. I wish there was a hot tub but the pool was great.

A woman down at the desk by the name of Millie went above and beyond a true hospitality agent to her core. The place was clean. The pool was nice. The Saint Jane’s dining room food left some to be desired. The room was clean the bathroom though in the room was dated the bottom of the paint was bubbling. I mean, not exactly what you expect from this Hotel chain.

The room was comfortable, and the property was especially beautiful and well-lit for Christmas, which made it feel festive and inviting. The heated indoor pool was a highlight, and the kids really enjoyed it. It was a great feature to have during our stay. There was no breakfast included, and parking is an additional cost, which is something to be aware of. The room could use a little updating here and there, and there was a noticeable gap under the door. We also did encounter a roach in the room, which was unfortunate. Overall, it was a nice stay with a great holiday atmosphere, just with a few minor areas for improvement.

Begginning with the airport shuttle, the driver went through a completely red light, we did not feel safe at all. Check in was fine, the restaurant for both meals was chaos. Our hotel room smelled wet and felt wet. The lighting was very dim and showed high signs of wear. Would not stay again
