The hotel was well located in Downtown Tampa, was clean, and had all the amenities we expected. We did notice some noise in the hallway after midnight, which was disruptive. This, combined with some issues with my credit cards during check-in, made the overall experience feel average. We traveled with children and found the hotel to be family-friendly.

The staff is great. The valet are seeming a different company and do not hold up to the same standards. I had great help from both Jenny and Alex at the desk that made the stay great. Breakfast fast is good as well. Be careful though about the surprise fees they will get you with when you check out though.

We stayed here while attending a concert, and the location was very central and convenient, just a short walk to Benchmark. The front desk staff was courteous, friendly, and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to check out the pool, but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, well-located with easy access to Benchmark arena and a trolley station to Ybor City. Pool is nice, but can get crowded (it's not particularly big.) Our only issue was that 2 out of 4 elevators went out of order on Saturday and still weren't running Sunday at checkout which made for a very long wait, and of course some guests got frustrated and aggressive.

Elevator was causing problems hot tub was broken entire time that was reason we booked there..Elevators would pass floors that people wanted to get off at. One elevator dropped a floor kind of scary we just used stairs. But on a good note we arrived 3 hours early before check in and they got our room ready immediately. So we could check in 3 hours early to our room.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. The breakfast is DIVINE! The staff was incredible and the hotel is beautiful. Parking was my only dislike. I wish they would’ve provided information for that. I believe it was like $50 a night which was quite pricey and unexpected.
