“I can’t say enough about this place. The place was clean and comfortable. There was hot water. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. Teresa and Mario were the best. I came across an issue with my pets and was out of options and Teresa went above and beyond to help. Superb customer service. Mario was so helpful in moving our car and getting stuff for us. I will not go anywhere else. Definitely recommend. Everything is walking distance. Everything is around. Thank you to all hotel staff”

“Mostly,Not bad to sleep one day, but no more was not recommanded. Hotel was clean, but smell like bathroom...from airconditioner. Especially bathroom shower was weak(cannot adjust the water Quantity),not hot for shower. Breakfast is really poor - just sereal, milk, Bread and coffee, it's all. But only Hotel has kind service which only good thing in this hotel.”

“Hotel is nice and clean, area has very steep roads so driving is a little difficult to navigate. But the hotel itself is a great , service is great , food was great , rooms are on the smaller size max is 2 adults and 2 kids. Based off the room we chose. They have laundry service so that is another great amenity. Definitely would stay again”

“This was a beautiful hotel tucked away in the heart of Xilitla it was very convenient because the Edward James Garden was walkable just down the road. The check-in process was very easy and the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and the restaurant at the property had wonderful staff and food. ”

“Excelente lugar, lamentablemente había un evento de un retiro cristiano ese día, y había como 500 personas, alberca cerrada, restaurante cerrado, pero aún así la estancia fue muy amena ”

“Esta propiedad no recibe tarjeta de credito. El cuarto no le servia el aire acondicionado. No tiene estacionamiento para el carro.Está en zona muy ruidosa. Eso si la persona que nos recibió detras del escritorio fue muy amable y atenta.”

“La recepcionista no era atenta, nomás éramos los únicos huéspedes, no teníamos papel de baño, tenías que ir a decirle que nos diera, también del boiler el Agua no estaba caliente y les teníamos que decir a cada rato, nunca nos preguntó si se nos ofrecía algo. ”
