“This Riad is not near the Medina as was suggested in the listing. It was a 30 minute walk. Not a single person was there, besides us. They were kind, but this Riad was not very hospitable like the others we stayed in. They were not able to assist us very much or suggest anything. The room was smaller than the photos suggested, and it was cold and rainy but the heater in the room did not work very well as we needed. It was also more expensive than other Riads which are much better. We hoped more...

“Dar Sultran was absolutely exceptional and managed by the most amazing and wonderful staff. Said, Nadia, El Abraham, Sanea , Amal each were beyond exceptional they took care of us just as we were family. The care that was shown to us is nothing we have ever experienced. From the moment we entered the raid we were treated as if we were the only visitors and I know for sure they treated all the guest with the same kindness and care. Thank you to this wonderful staff for treating us like royalty....

“It was a newly renovated Dar style riad (no garden in the courtyard), but the mosaic details were amazing. In keeping with the Chafchaouen style, the whole riad was covered in blue-and-white mosaic, creating an ethereal experience. It is located within easy walking distance of all the tourist spots. The hosts were extremely helpful and made sure we had a nice stay. ”
