호텔의 시설과 서비스는 최고 그러나 조식부폐는 많이 개선해주시길~

좋은 서비스와 청결함은 최고 수준입니다. 그러나 조식부폐의 메뉴와 맛은 그리 흥미롭지 않았습니다. 샐러드의 야채도 신선하지 않았고 빵과 버터도 그렇게 풍미가 느껴지지 않았습니다.

great hotel in a little town

Was the perfect hotel for us as the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke english and provided us with excellent service. The location of the hotel was good, near to town. Only disadvantage was that it does not have a sandy beach. The sunset view is perfect and the hotel surroundings were very well maintained.

スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリー、ホテル自体も綺麗でほど良く便利な場所で良かった。 2点の改善点は冷蔵庫が弱すぎる事(一晩かからないと飲み物は冷えないし、冷えても3本しか冷えない)と濡れた水着を干す物干しか場所が必要だと感じた。 その2点だけ残念だったが、他は素晴らしかった。

Dari sisi STAFF : Sangat helpfull Jadi gini, ceritanya kan sy pesan junior suit buat say adan isteri, expektasi saya dari marrior, ini kan hotel mewah, jadi hal2 yang di dalamnya pun harus smapai detil mewah dan rapi 1. KOpi yang disajikan -> n*scaf* classic yang standart banget, kami expektasi kopi bubuk belitung lah, , akhhirnya di hari terakhir sy beli kopi bubuk belitung dan say minum itu, JAUH lebih enak sy penggemar kopi dan saya rasa kopi bubuk lokal itu jauh lebi baik daripada kopi instan, sy ga ngarep merek aneh2, yang lokal aj 2. MAKANAN -> untuk ukuran hotal bintang 4-5 makananya SANGAT STANDART , kopinya pun encer banget 3. Cotton bud gak ada, kulkas ga dingin dan pemanas air rusak (tapi minta ganti bisa) 4. Sisi postif, -> isteri kebetulan membutuhkan freezer dan staff dengan setia membentu 5. Kamar junior suite ga ada karpet, ini sangat mengganggu, mungkin kita terbiasa hotel pakai karpet kali ya 6. Air jalan bagus, deas banget, bath tube GUEDE ,oke banget 7. Lokasi ternyata dekat dengan kopi kong djie, klo tau gitu, dr hari pertama sy ngopi disana aja 8. Saran dari saya apabila berkenan, karena hotel marriot tergolong mewah, udahakanlah beberapa barang2 kecil, juga dibikin kesan mewah, kopi dan teh , dikasi yang lebih lah daripada meren standart yang ada di hotel budget 9. Comfortable stay.

Nice and fair price. Clean and friendly. Would stay here again :) Bath had a weird smell sometimes but no big problems. Pool was a bit noisy with the kids from the neighborhood. We didn't really care that much but it would be good if the hotel staff would tone them down a bit or tell the parents to mind their kids.

New modern hotel close to the sea. Clean and nicely designed rooms. Good spread for breakfast even though it was relatively the same every morning. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Only negatives were the sounds of kids throwing marbles or pushing furniture on the room above. And the walls were quite thin so you could hear kids running around outside. Also, whenever there was music played in the dining area two floors below, you could definitely hear it.

Lovely hotel, a couple of issues

Lovely hotel, warm welcome by friendly staff. Unfortunately my room was directly below the kitchen so it was incredibly noisy at all hours in the morning and evening. Marriott also claims to be ‘helping the environment’ by restricting the amount of washing of towels and sheets. I also think that Marriott should think about the rubbish that has been thrown around the property at the back. It makes such a lovely hotel unpleasant. Also there was a cooperate event outside on one of the nights I was there. One of the tasks that the guest had to do was make a paper airplanes and thrownit the furthest into the night sky. These planes were still lying on the ground the following day.

"David" fr Front Desk went out of his way in the middle of the night when my wife needed emergency assistance for food poisoning. He acted fast and provided the transport at about 2:30 am to get us to the 24-hr A&E clinic a short distance away. The rest of the other front desk staff were also very helpful and cheery and knowledgeable in responding to my various queries during our 3-night stay there. Likewise, the F&B staff were attentive and, amazingly, almost all of them heard and demonstrated concern re my wife's condition. It made a world of difference to our staff. Kudos to all of them - even if the GM appeared to be "distant" just hanging out and keeping to himself while his capable staff got on with their work.

The pillows are too soft. Water pressure not very strong. But after all, it was a pleasant stay.

Well trained staff all round, credits to the hotel GM for doing a great even though I did not meet him during my 5 nights stay. Special mention for jront desk Nawa, professional and calm even though she was alone the night we check in. Good job
