We need to locate the block, look for the security guard and letter box to retrieve the access card. The car park’s sign not clear and difficult to view due to the colour code use and small font! However, the house is clean and comfortable. It will be better if broom is provided as we need to do some cleaning for 4 days staying.”

“Condition of apartment was livable though a bit dated eg. broken cabinet door. Cleanliness wasn’t the best as there were stains in kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the agent could be improved. I was not given the check in details until close to checkin time. Agent did not bother to reply to my enquiries via Expedia’s ‘Contact Hotel’.
