“It was such a fantastic time. I visited this hotel for my honeymoon. All the staff treated us kindly and introduced us to a nice room. I can't forget the ancient room and the wonderful view. Not only breakfast, but also the restaurant where I had lunch and the bar I used for dinner were all perfect. I won't forget the well-cared garden. It's such a wonderful place that I want to visit Sicily again later. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.”

“It was very comfortable and relaxed stay in Carlotta. We could feel that they greeted in heart and all hotel staffs remember our small preference even for the coffee style. Especially I hope you can have a chance to visit roof top restaurant in the morning for a breakfast or for the dinner. “We loved this hotel. It's in a beautiful location, and a short walk to the cable car which takes you into Taormina/Corso Umberto (shops, restaurants, exploring, people watching etc). The staff, concierge, service in all areas of the hotel and cleanliness was outstanding. Amazing breakfast selection, great restaurant and amusing entertainment in the evening. Nice pool area, and sun deck, although to get into the sea, you need 'swimming shoes' as the bottom is rocky. The gym could have been...

“Excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, rooms tastefully decorated and furnished and the swimming pool was such a relaxing space during the hot weather of our visit. Oh and views of Mt. Etna were stunning. The hotel shuttle bus for a small fee was essential due to the location up the hill. ”
