“Il responsabile ci ha accolto e ci ha fatto parcheggiare l’auto così da stare tranquilli per il nostro giro ai trulli. Ci ha anche dato molte indicazioni. La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda ed è un vero trullo. Molto carina e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Vicina alla zona di interesse raggiungibile quindi a piedi. ”

“We had a fantastic week at Pati apartements, we were a bit sceptical at first since it was close to the freeway and there was a truckparking next door. It turned out that the truck stop had fantastic coffee and sandwiches for the morning. The welcoming and service from the aparment owners (HelloChalet), Anna, was really helpfull and welcoming. There is one thing to remember, don't follow Google Maps guide to apartments. It take you to the wrong entrance, coming from Bari, take of the freeway one...

“This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.”

“Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder...
