One night layover

Very nice new hotel with comfortable rooms. Reception staff were very helpful and excellent. However breakfast is very basic and there was only one young lad attending who spent more time on his mobile then serving guests.

Great clean hotel, very convenient for the airport, just a 5 minute drive away. The spa and pool area are quite small, and the steam room was not very warm. Spa area could use a bit of maintenance. Not really a place for a full spa day, but being able to check in early was a nice bonus. Didn’t try breakfast as checked out early but restaurant area looked very nice.

20hr layover turned mini vacation

Excellent hospitality! We had a 20hr layover. Free shuttle, 5min drive, easy pick up. Front desk helped arrange a taxi to drive around Tashkent, the driver even waited for us to have lunch. Then we were offered to use their pool and hamam, where we were treated with such high quality service. We wanted to have dinner around 10pm, when the kitchen was already closed, we bought food outside and came back to the hotel, where the front desk opened the restaurant for us so we could have our dinner in complete privacy. Such a terrific and clean place and such an amazing hospitality. Thank you!

It was a convenient for a airport. A clean modern hotel. Breakfast in Uzbekistan is usually great but it was really disappointing here. Very limited options and some odd choices. No decent coffee

The decor of the hotel was exceptional, new and sparkling. Furthermore the hotel staff bent over backwards to make our stay just as wonderful as they could. We were delightfully surprised and will always remember Tashkent and Huayue Mansion fondly.

I arrived around 9pm to discover that the hotel gave out my room that was prepaid. They simply said sorry your booking is not in the system, expedia failed to send it to us. But when i started calling expedia, the hotel staff tried to divert me and offered a way cheaper hotel, portraying it as a favor and as of equal value - and even suggested that they take me and my daughter by hotel car there. Thanks i checked, and the alternative they offered was much lower in ratings - otherwise would have fallen into the trap. I insisted on calling expedia, they gradually increased they offer by offering a better hotel, then said that one guest is moving out and we can move into that room in 20 minutes - but by then it was about an hour of wasted time and i was tired after a long trip = and when i declined they started blackmailing me saying that they videotaped that they offered me an alternative and i refused etc. Thanks to Expedia customer service my problem was solved and i moved to a nice Europa hotel. and NO to this hotel

Personnels très aimables,chambres très bien entretenues déjeuner correct. Mais sa prend absolument une auto .l’hôtel est située à au moins 40 minutes à pied de la première station de métro a vos risques et périls…la.ville n’est pas sécuritaire pour les piétons, alors ils restent le taxi il faut le marchander
