"It was a gorgeous room and location. We didnt realize we were so close to town and the castle. It was quiet, and peaceful. We had to kiddos so we stayed in the family suite and were able to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace while keeping an eye on the room just over it. Very helpful and friendly staff and the resturant is delicious. We had two dinners and one breakfast. All were fantastic!"

"Pros: Amazing premises, location, view from terraces and restaurant Cons: Bed/pillows were hard and room was a little dusty The view of the area and the balloons from the multiple terraces are the best, specially the one by the bar. We took the hot air balloon ride the day after we arrived to make sure. The weather has to be perfect for the balloons to operate. There are a lot of steps but it’s part of the charm."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Location is excellent with view of Pigeon Valley. Room was comfortable. Ate dinner one night at Nahita. Also enjoyed the breakfast there both mornings. Lots of variety and delicious. Recommend the hotel tour. Staff was attentive and helpful, especially the concierge Seda who welcomed us and helped us get oriented. It was a bit of stretch for our budget but definitely worth it."

"Beautiful room, with comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. This was a couples trip and we upgraded the room to include a soaking tub, which was nice. Very helpful staff who connected us to activities in the area and even drove us to a whirling dervish show. Easy to park on the street. Would recommend to others and stay here again."
