Excellent location with easy parking

Easy walking to centre, a must in Taxco. Large aity room with terrace and spectacular view over Taxco. Poor lighting and no electric outlets to charge phone etc.

This property had a great location it was easy and close to the bus stop. You will need to take a cab up to the location because it's in the hill and it is a hard. However the view is fantastic and for what your paying you getting a great deal! the staff was sweet and helpful the call a cab for you. Overall you cannot go wrong staying here you will not find a better location and it better accommendations. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are super small and not very clean. The mattresses are hard in the sheets not very clean.

I gave a bad rating because: * We pre-paid the hotel reservation, but our car broke on the way to the hotel and no fix was possible until next day, we called the hotelnto let them know and refused to give any dime back.

La propieda bonita, muy mal cuidada.

Lastima que una propiedad tan bonita, no la mantengan al día en mantenimiento. Fue muy regular mi experiencia: - El hotel cambió la reserva original. Me informaron que solo trabajaban con efectivo y transferencia, y ya no trabajan con la plataforma (Hoteles.com) - La entrada por recepción solo se permite de 10pm a 7am. (En el día hay que entrar dos cuadras abajo, por el restaurante) - Maté dos cucarachas la 1a noche, informé a recepción y solo me pasaron un incepticida. - La ducha dañada - No hay extensión hacia recepción, hay que bajar hasta recpción para pedir o informar algún tema. - Colchon muy viejo, y cortinas transparentes Con una propiedad tan bonita y bien ubicada, si acualizan el mobiliario, hacen mantenimiento podría ser un muy buen hotel.

Habitación cómoda y bonita

Es un Hotel muy bonito y cómodo, la habitación estaba muy limpia y segura. La comida del restaurante económica y deliciosa . Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar ahí .

Es hermosa y tiene buena vista, se siente. Su calor de hogar. El desayuno es buenísimo, lamentablemente no pudimos probar la comida y no cuentan con cena.

El hotel es bonito, la vista es inigualable, tiene un patio donde se encuentra la alberca y unas mesas para pasar un rato agradable. Los empleados son muy amables. Lo único malo es que le falta mantenimiento, nuestra regadera no salía bien.

No es como en las fotos y descripción

El primer día no nos dieron la habitación por la que pagamos porque estaba ocupada, la solución que nos dieron fue quedarnos en otra y darnos la que reservamos al día siguiente a las 3, el bar y restaurante estaban cerrados, las camas de la primera habitación en la que nos quedamos horribles, con los resortes del colchón salidos, la antena de la tv no servía, los baños no son como en las fotos, tienen cortina no canceles y todo se moja, el segundo día tuvieron una fiesta de puros jóvenes en el restaurante del hotel por lo que hubo mucho ruido y no dejaron dormir hasta pasada la madrugada.

El Hotel esta muy bonito, tiene una vista hermosa y esta muy bien ubicado, su personal es amable. Lo único malo es que los colchones no son nada comodos, y creo que es algo muy importante de cuidar en cualquier hospedaje.

El servicio pésimo, sin jabón y shampoo, lo tuve que pedir tres veces porque ni te pelan, el servicio de los que atienden es nulo, habitación sucia, muy ruidosa, con salitre, baño muy pequeño, no limpian bien y se ve que no le hacen mantenimiento desde hace años, terminamos todas picoteada de chinches o no sé que cosa, colchones viejos, duros y vencidos. No se dejen engañar con las fotos, no me quedaría ahí de nuevo, aunque fuera gratis. El peor hotel que me he quedado en mi vida, me deje llevar por algunas opiniones buenas pero para nada es un buen hotel o servicio, puedes tener algo mejor con el mismo precio o menos.

No se que se puede hacer pero al último no use la habitación, solo la ocupamos para cambiarnos cuando llegamos del viaje y compre un seguro de imprevisto y me salio uno por eso no me quede a dormir y como tenia prisa me tenia que ir y perdieron la llave y tardaron mucho en buscarla hasta que mandaron a traer una copia

El hotel esta centrico y colonial Se respira ese aroma de tradicion de Taxco, con unas vistas increible. Me he hospedado en otros pero de ahora en adelante este sera mi opcion aqui
